Cucina, a hidden gem in Rocky Mountain House, offers Asian/Italian/western fusion dishes that are presented like you're in Vegas. The pork ribs appetizer was tender and perfectly cooked, while the risotto with beef tenderloin was absolutely amazing. The craft beer selection was great, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating towards children. The no bake cheesecake was described as amazing, and the service was excellent overall. With a dozen other dishes to try, Cucina is top-notch dining in town.
