Older worker named Susan had a real attitude towards us while taking our order, I understand you are busy and we had a larger order but she was not kind - just rude and short with us, overall not a pleasant experience.
While we were camping, we got a chance to visit. Tim Horton's salvan Lake branch. It was neat and clean, and the drive-through most of the time was very busy, especially early in the morning.The food was good, the coffee was fresh, and the customer service was good. Staff is well trained, serves and recommends some other foods as well. Handicap access entrance, nest n clean washroom for customer, handicap washrooms dying in or take out facilities. The wait times at their drive-through are incredibly frustrating. I'm not certain about the cause, but whenever I go to this location, I end up waiting for at least 15 minutes in line. Even on a recent occasion when there were only three cars ahead of me, I expected it to be a quick process. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. My food didn't arrive until precisely 17 minutes later.
