Foods way to expensive now witch makes me sad cuz I like the food but it way to over priced for what u get not worth it

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from DQ again. I spent over 30 minutes trying to place an order through your app, only to be repeatedly told my card was declined, even though there was no reason it should have been. I kept trying, thinking it was an error, but then I got a notification from my bank saying I had gone over budget. Turns out I was charged every time I hit the order button, despite being told the transaction failed.

To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to contact customer support through your website. All I could find were FAQs that didn’t address the issue I’m having. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I feel completely let down.

Our kids love the food and ice cream! It never disappoints

Went through the drive thru, waited 40 minutes, each car spends 10-15 minutes at the window. They’re really slow at getting their orders out. Never a good experience when I go to the drive thru. Ordered a blizzard and it wasn’t even mixed in the bottom half. 15 minutes at the window and they can’t mix my blizzard

I ordered an oero blizzard and It was so good, I was in the store for 5 mins in and out, I had Berlin and she was speedy at making it with a smile on her face. She was super polite and super nice. Definitely coming back to the store

The girl running till wouldn't take the next order until all the food was given to previous customer. I stood next in line for 10-15 minutes and watched her dawdle making 2 blizzards and 2 orange Julius so it would all hit the customer at the same time. Meanwhile another girl came out of the back, took my order and my blizzard was in my hand in 1.5min. And the other girl was still pouring juice...
The lineup was huge by the time I left. Sad cause it's my favourite fast food chain.

Side note... Sundre is PHENOMENAL!! HAVE NEVER WAITED. Takes 2 minutes if you aren't first in line and I'm always out with my ice cream within 5 minutes

Poor service. Walked out twice

The food here is crazy expensive for the low quality but the service was great. I had Dawson and she served me with a smile, was incredibly speedy while dealing with multiple orders, and made sure my blizzard was properly blended. Honestly fixing the ridiculous prices and abysmal food quality would solve most of this restaurants problems.
