All in all pretty awesome. I really like the app and how it works for ordering online or simply using the barcode. This particular place they may go heavy on ketchup on your burger so maybe just get ketchup packets and do it yourself because they do not know what light condiments means.

Gave up waiting for cashier and ordered on the app. Food was 10 min late. Fries cold and stale. Gravy lid plastic melted. Chicken were awful yuk. Stay away go to mcdonalds or somthing. Many angry customers waiting.

The bacon that I got on my bacon cheese burger was raw! I'm serious, maybe on the grill for a minute or two!! I've been trying to upload a picture of it but don't know how so please take my word for it,it was raw!!Went through the drive thru and didn't see my burger until I got to work in Caroline, not much I could do, but I'll be calling them tomorrow!!

Ordered buffalo strips came Double cooked with sweet sour sauce with buffalo sauce over top.inedible. Talked to staff next day, looked to be a manager. Older lady. Didn’t offer to fix it at all, as I even ordered my last meal from there. They obviously make to much money as they don’t care about regulars. Bring back the former owners.

First time at this location. Staff friendly and handled order effectively. Food quality standard for the franchise. Service quick, even with attending at such late hour, still handled properly. Interesting seating, 80’s style benches and attached chair like old MacDonalds. Need size friendly seating.

This location is more expensive than the ones in surrounding towns and the staff are terrible. Orders take a long time and are rarely done correctly and they are rude. If you want DQ I highly recommend enjoying outside Rocky!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from DQ again. I spent over 30 minutes trying to place an order through your app, only to be repeatedly told my card was declined, even though there was no reason it should have been. I kept trying, thinking it was an error, but then I got a notification from my bank saying I had gone over budget. Turns out I was charged every time I hit the order button, despite being told the transaction failed.

To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to contact customer support through your website. All I could find were FAQs that didn’t address the issue I’m having. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I feel completely let down.
