The lounge was packed for a Monday night and our server Sydney was unreal. She was on top of it, she communicated very well and was extremely busy. We could see how busy she was but she kept her cool and was just amazing! On a small side, the lounge could have used another server for sure (as Christmas is approaching and the mall is busy but it was nice to also see the manager stepping up and helping her!) Sydney you are amazing! This woman deserves a raise or at least a Christmas...
Enjoyed every bit of that dessert! It bumped that star count to 5 👌 everything else was also great... server was nice and tentative, food came out in good time so I'll be back. It's a BPs so nothing special with the vibe, just good pub food and the dessert is a must!

With the wife tonight decided to pop by this location as we usually hit Fionns if in the mall. Glad to say this was the best decision we made. Sydney served us and looked after us while looking after several tables. I don't mean 3 or 4, I mean more like 10. She was phenomenal!!! We will be back just for her! You need a raise!!!!! Merry Christmas!!
