Dropped in last night and only one server was working, but she was so fantastic it wasn’t an issue.My mom ordered a steak, forgot what she asked for doneness, but figured it was too rare for her liking when it was served. Told the server, no problem and took it back to cook it some more. She brought it back, confirmed that it was done medium, but my mom felt it was still too rare looking. We come here every so often and the staff is always amazing.I ordered a steak with blue cheese and was extremely disappointed. They kindof throw rock solid blue cheese cubes into a side cup instead of cooking it with the steak like anywhere else would. For the $5 extra you pay for it you'd expect at the very least they wouldn't just put some in a ketchup dipping cup on the side.
