Shrimp tempura is the worst ramen I've ever eaten. 4ps of shrimps tasteless. The service is bad, they gave me a straight spoon

This place has potential, as the flavours of the rolls are good. But I would likely not give them another chance for a while. Their sushi rolls just fall apart when you try to pick them up and dip them in your soya sauce, making a giant mess. They also use faaaarr too much avocado in their rolls (never thought I’d ever say that), it was basically just a mouth full of avocado. Overall I would not recommend.

Bento - didn't realize the California roll was deep-fried, so gross. Texture and flavour was awful, tasted unfresh and fishy. Edemame and tempera was cold. It's crazy to me that a business would find this quality ok, mall food or not. Honestly, if your goal is to repel repeat business, then good job.

I always order food here but today was my last so disappointed. I bought two milk tea that I usually ordered it and the taste was so bitter and my daughter actually throw up because of the taste. I requested for a different kind of bubble tea but they refuse to replace it. The staff were arguing with me and keep on telling that it was the same formula of ingredients that they were putting. So dissapointed I will never come back to this place again. They don't even deserve a one star.

I got a Mini Bento Box and the serving was generous. I was not able to finish it and had to take home some leftovers.

This place looks like the food will make you sick! Very gross/ unclean vibes. Everything looks disheveled behind the counter, no safe practices, staff touching everything with unclean hands, using the same tongs and spatulas on all the food. Ordered beef yakisoba and watched in disgust as they made it. Pre-cooked meat thrown on the dirty grill. Cabbage and a couple broccoli tossed on with dirty utensils. I barely want to eat this $25 worth of food, yuck.

I used to come here all the time for quick sushi. But after today, that would be my last visit. My sushi fell apart easily and I watched the chef cook with his bare hands and handling food with no gloves while wiping excess food products all over his clothing. It’s a shame because this place used to be good. Food is no longer fresh and is pre-cooked ahead of time then stored in bins to just pick from.

Chicken teriyaki was trash unfortunately. The chicken was cut in big and chunky pieces, which gives it an uneven cook throughout, and it was very heavy and greasy. Tried using sriracha to save the dish from being horrible but they ran out of hot sauce. Seriously? Presentation of their bubble tea was terrible. $16 for sheer disappointment. Never again. This mall needs an Edo in their food court. They know how to make a good chicken teriyaki.

Loved their bubble tea

My daughter was happy with her sushi. Umi Sushi Express is located in the food court in the Crossiron Mills Mall. Not a huge selection but you should be able to find what you like.

Only get this if you are desperate, maybe try their cooked food cuz the sushi is not good. Better off buying sushi from T&T for better taste and value.

Asked for beef yakisoba but noticed they were using udon when cooking. When asked about it they told me they didn't have any yakisoba. Got tempura but it was already pre-fried and just thrown into the fryer to flash it. All the meat is precooked and then thrown on the grill to warm up. I don't have high standards when it comes to food court food but this was next level bad.
