The staff is so patience and kind even the customer ahead of me is so rude and can't make up her mind what to order. Food is good as always atmosphere is pleasant and clean. Keep it up New York Fries Cross Iron. I will keep on coming back.

Don’t go to this New York fries. I told the cashier I would like a regular works extra crispy for my daughter. The cashier says okay. When I got to the end it was already done. Right there I should have said something but I was like maybe they just cooked it again really fast and made it fast. I don’t think the cashier name Kiera told the cook that I wanted extra crispy because my daughter ate it and she doesn’t like to complain and she barely touched it. The fries were super soggy and also they were cheap on the sauce. Please don’t go here. They don’t care if you ask for extra crispy, they won’t do it. When I went to complain they didn’t even apologize.

located at crossiron mall in the food court, we were able to use our bogo free poutine coupons.

i do wish they used those crispy deep fried fries like costco does. it would make the poutine not get soggy as quick as regular fries. other than that, maybe more cheese curds is my suggestion!

ps. this is a canadian company and if you ever need a laugh, you should read the fine print if you ever get your hands on one of their coupons. they’re unique and hilarious

Pretty good New York Fries, didn't skimp on the toppings. I don't like the boxes the drinks come in, but besides that great experience ☺️
