Pretty good New York Fries, didn't skimp on the toppings. I don't like the boxes the drinks come in, but besides that great experience ☺️

Not properly fried, it was half cooked. And ingredients weren't upto mark.

I was here at the New York fries in cross iron mills, I ordered 1 large veggie fries with extra curds. When they gave me the fries the quantity of the curds was very less. I asked this guy that was working there to put some more curds because there was barely any on my fries. He rudely put one scoop of curds on the fries and slammed the plate like you would throw garbage. When I turned around I heard them mimicking me right away, they mocked me asking for extra curds in a very rude tone. I went to them right back and confronted them while they began to laugh and ignore me. I asked his name and he kept on saying why and mumbled some things in his mouth. Then I asked to call the manager, when she came she just said thank you for your concern did not apologize and Instead of doing anything to help me she asked me if I paid for the extra curds rather than telling her workers that why they mimicked me. These types of things really upset me, I really love New York fries but this locations staff is literally the worst. Like teach your employees on how to talk properly with customers! And not mimic them.
They should need new staff….
