I have been eating at this restaurant for many years. I came in today and had the worst service I’ve ever had.
There were two young people here and I had to sit and wait as they chatted with each other by the bar. They did not seem to be interested in serving customers. The restaurant was almost empty so it wasn’t like they were run off their feet. I didn’t get a smile or a hello and when the server finally brought me a drink she put it down on the very edge of the opposite side of the table. I had to stand up to reach my glass.
Normally there are two ladies here who I see every time I come in. They are so friendly, they say hi with a big smile, get me a drink right away and almost know my order by heart. I will be so sad if this is what to expect for service from now on.
I’m very disappointed. 😔

I have been to Taste of Vietnam many times over the last couple of years and they have excellent pho. My favourite is the satay beef rice noodle bowl, it is very flavourful and well balanced with spice. Prices are reasonable the pho comes to just under $17 and is a massive bowl that is hard to finish. The service however has been going down hill over the past couple years. Staff used to be friendly and helpful but now it seems like basic ordering is an inconvenience and I have gotten a wrong order a few times. However, the food is still excellent. I would recommend ordering online and skip the in restaurant experience.

Incredible portions for the reasonable $. Phone was constantly ringing for takeout and steady pick up and seated patrons. Servers never broke a sweat and always smiled. Very flavorful Spicy Hue. Large Spring Rolls and 3 not 2! Mmmmm

Absolultly amazing... just wish that if they were closed randomly and for a long period of time (june 16-july 4) that they would update the website.... not just a sign on the door.

Excellent place to eat. Very clean and food is very fresh and tasty. I would recommend to anyone. The combination plate is delicious and the pho soup. Good job!!!!!

My family and I have been coming here for years. A while ago, I have brought a couple of friends with me for lunch and they were pleased with the food and suggested that we come here again. The food is tasty and the quality is consistent. Service is quick but not rushed.

Authentic Vietnamese (NOT “Fast food” style) Food was “good”. I had take out, not a long wait at all. Some Chicken pieces were a little dry.
