Ordered a burger and wrap. Burger only had onions and cheese when I didn't ask for either and nothing that I requested. Wrap just had chicken. Terrible service. Lucky I don't give 1/5 stats. Employees are incompetent.

This a&w location is very nice. I visited there around 5.30 this evening and I ordered masala veggie burger and onion ring and cola git everthing fresh onion rings was really good and the staff was quite friendly too. One of the best a&w location in edmonton

Well I stopped in with my youngest today and I have to say it was a complete let down
First trash all over the tables counter and floor
Second No hello or how can I help you just get to it … they weren’t busy either
Third My mama was thrown in the bag like I was a dog Asked them to remake and was given a look like I was stupid thankful one person had the brains and re made it
Now trying to eat and they are starting to clean .
Won’t be coming back that’s for sure… do better please !!

What restaurant that serves breakfast runs out?… 90% of the tables are dirty and need to be washed! Staff are miserable! Ketchup dispenser doesn’t work! Ate IN the place and they don’t even offer a cold mug for your drink! No ice dispenser either…. This location should be ashamed! I would give zero stars if I could! Sherwood park baseline location.

Just spent 55 minutes waiting in the drive through to be met with horrible customer service.
Just ordered a masala veggie burger. It was exceptional, just beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Beware Ordered breakfast or food watched guy in back put cooked hash brown on counter worktop after resting his ungloved hands in that area
Then whilst putting butter on my toast drops butter same area as hash brown pick it up placed on toast continue to spread butter then again no gloves thrown on plate
Then picked up hash brown with hand put on plate tried to serve to me
When I refused breakfast guy put hands on counter top to see what I complained about again observing not even to wipe down counter top after the above
They really just went through the motion of my complaint in there own language
So no idea what was said
Gave me a refund
I sat down in a seat to observe and the same thing was going on
Observe after preparing several orders not once did they clean surfaces and at any point gloves were not worn
Dirty people and I will report this matter to hygiene authoritys
So watch how they prepare your food at this location
