I stopped for breakfast here and was surprised. Food quality is good, and the service was excellent ( Usually, I don't expect such good food from fast food chain). Eggs were cooked just right, and hash browns were cooked in fresh oil, not overcooked, and no bitter taste. My compliments to staff who worked this morning.

I had a disappointing visit initially, but the manager, Amritpal, went above and beyond to make things right. He called me within 12 hours, clearly explained the situation with the gift card, and personally addressed the concerns with the evening staff. His professionalism and care truly stood out. On my return, the food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I really appreciate the effort he made to ensure a better experience. Thank you, Amritpal, for turning things around—I will definitely be returning because of you!

I recently visited the A&W location in Sherwood Park (wye road)and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was very poor, and the staff were incredibly rude. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. They were short-tempered and dismissive, making the entire interaction uncomfortable.
Additionally, When I brought this to their attention, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and address the behavior of their staff.

I go through the drive-thru every morning. Customer service is always great. Food is always consistently great here. I've never had an issue with the food or service here. The only thing I don't like that much is the right parking lot, but that's out of their control. Well done and keep up the good work!

Food was cold and stale. Fries had actual cold pieces, not even luke warm. Service at drive through was disappointing as well, saying the person taking the order was disinterested in being there is an understatement.

Ordered a lettus wrap teen burger...rusty lettus, the hard core of the lettus in small squares not even a wrap..just lettus placed on top...with drenched in mayo absolutely worst lettus wrap I have had. Barf.

Okay what’s the deal, the poutine now uses some kind of runny gravy that is not even beef anymore!! “Or Fake Beef”The mama burgers are pathetic, the server person does not seem to know what’s happening or what to do, and she does drive through also. Not good! Go somewhere else or to a different facility!
