Went to a retirement party, during an Oilers game. Although very busy, staff was able to keep up with the orders, which wasn't a simple task! Didn't eat, but it was a good place to enjoy the game, as well

Our school held a silent auction fundraiser last night. Jay went over and above to ensure we were supported and the staff there was amazing. They continuously asked about how to help promote the evening, and made it a lot of fun. I personally have been coming here for years and last nights experience only reinforced the love for Average Joes.

Seems like they changed up the menu quite a bit. The burgers we ordered were definitely lower quality compared to before the menu change. All we could taste was processed cheese :/. They seemed to have removed some great menu items! BRING BACK SPIN DIP ROLL UPS!!! Service was perfect though.

I don’t know why the male bartenders are such arrogant clowns but they are. Used to be my favourite place but no more. My two sons were there and shocked at how rude they are. My son won’t be bringing his uofa friends there. I hope the owner is paying attention because with this rude arrogant behaviour I see big problems for your business

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Showed up with lower expectations for a comedy show fundraiser. No one was at the door, we had no idea where to sit. We found a table with a fundraiser slip on it. Our waitress told us we couldn’t sit there it was meant for walk ins and moved us far away. We couldn’t hear the show because they had the tvs blaring, there was also a 20 year reunion going on. Why host two events? I felt bad for everyone. Food was awful, my food was over cooked. I asked for a water when we got there it never came. The waitress never checked in on our food. Another server cleared our plates but spent 5 minutes reorganizing the dirty dishes at our table in front of us. I ordered a pop, after 30 mins it didn’t come so we flagged her down, she said there was a system error told me she would get it right away. 5 mins later she came back and said she was ringing it in now. 10 mins later I got my drink. (Also the wrong drink). We ended up just paying our bill and leaving. She not once apologized until the end and then also made me pay for my $3.00 40 minute late pop. I’m in the service industry and I have a lot of empathy for chaotic nights. But I would’ve handled everything differently. Will not go back.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, just had the most incredible Ceasar I have had in a VERY long time....possibly multiple.
