Blowers & Grafton (Sherwood Park)

Our kids always love coming here and when it was game 7 for the Blue Jay's and gave the kids the option of where we were going they chose here. We have never had bad service or a bad meal here anytime it's always been great however this visit was exceptional and amazing from the host staff and manager right down to the service and food! This was one of our best visits yet with how we were hosted! Thank you to all the hard working staff that night we had a great time!

Our server was fantastic!! Celebrated my buddies birthday and had a great time. Had the oilers game with game sound on. Was great! Just very cold!!

Great service from our waitress. We were celebrating a birthday and the waitress went out of her way to make them feel special. Food was great and the room was quiet enough so that our group of eight could still hear each other. There were a couple minor errors in our order however the waitress quickly corrected them. We will be back for sure.

Our waitress was friendly but she should have written down the orders , 3 out of five orders arrived wrong. This was fixed fast but still an inconvenience. Pop was never refilled. Water was not refilled. Manager was very pleasant and offered an apology for the inconvenience. We had two elderly people with us and on the reservation I requested low chairs when we arrived the table we were given was no good and we were moved to a booth. Food overall was good.

I've been coming to B&G since they opened on Whyte Avenue and I was a little surprised tonight when I went again. The waitress (Cassie) went above and beyond. Exceptional service and a beautiful smile. A+

Good option for fish and chips. The lobster roll is too small, it has more lettuce than lobster.

Food was great. Service was just terrible. Good to begin with but then it became horrible. We had to find a different server to get us drink refills. Dishes were piled up on our table and we could not find our server. When we did locate her and asked for the bill she was very snappy and said give me a minute. We were not asked if we wanted dessert and left the table piled high in dishes. Food was great.

Our server Maria was very kind. She was super conversational!

We had an amazing dinner. Pizza was delicious and we loved the broccoli appetizer. Our server Maria was pretty good and friendly, always kept our table under her eyes, even though it was a super busy evening.

Had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. It was average at best although had lots of lobster in it. Had a great guy serving me at the bar seating. When he left the new lad left everyone's glasses empty around me and took me 20 minutes to get my bill. He was only able to look forward... Never look around.
Usually a great experience, this was substandard for sure.
