The owners were super friendly and you could see the passion they have for their business! Not to mention the food was amazing ? and really well priced! Check it out!

Nothing wrong with the burgers here, just a little small for what you are paying. Fries a pretty good for a fast food place though

Very disappointing. The milkshakes (very over-hyped) had a very unpleasant after taste, especially the banana one… I’ve had better at McDonald’s! And the fries had tasted like were badly freezer burnt, normally hate wasting food but no one in my group could finish them. The only redeemable thing were the burgers! But definitely not coming back here.

Extremely clean restaurant. I’ve been there lots because I come and eat lunch there often and I’ve never seen it dirty. Good food, I’d recommend the Sriracha burger. Only issue is the prices but otherwise it’s a solid place to eat. Good customer service too.

My son has lots of allergies including dairy, wheat, and eggs. Not only did we receive amazing customer service by the owners but they were also able to accommodate the allergies. The food is delicious! I highly recommend !

Just terrible don't waste money. The service was ok but there was a fairly severe language barrier. The order was screwed up so it took 2 trips and neither time were they even close to being ready. 45 minutes wasted inside the restaurant waiting and being fed excuses. We all know about excuses...Way too much sauce. Brown lettuce. Completely soaked buns on mush/swiss burg. Tiny portions...on 2 orders of fries there were about 6 over 2 inches long. Bullseye bbq sauce. 3 napkins. Onion rings are bleh and again mini portion.We didn't get the impression they were at all concerned about our order or really making any kind of effort toward keeping a customer satisfied or improving the business. My suggestion is to steer well clear of this dumpster fire....

Visited Boardwalk today for the first time and was very impressed. Excellent customer service, clean and the food was extremely fresh and really good....everything everyone is saying about the milkshakes is true....we will be back again. Great local spot in Sherwood Park.

Everything was very tasty including the burgers, Chile cheese fries and shakes. All 3 of us enjoyed it. Will go again

Good customer service just order the cheapest burger there just to see how it compares to other food places I feel this place burger alone was on par or less then Wendy's inflated prices for the taste freshness earned another star local and 5 guys still at the top in my opinion

Classic boardwalk cheeseburger is easily one of the best burgers in sherwood park. Prices are cheaper then i would guess and we are looking forward to trying more of there food. Clearly all fresh and made to order.

The customer service was less than satisfactory after the server at the counter was intervened for not wearing a mask while serving food and dismissed the public health requirement and refused to wash his hands.A lady worker intervened and had our food re-made with closer supervision.

Food way over priced for the poor quality.Poutines have barely any gravy or cheese. Was extremely disappointed with my experience.
