The staff here are always so miserable and unpleasant. I couldn’t even get a hello at my last visit, the younger girl just slammed the things around in the back and practically threw my drink at me. I work in the area and like to come here for lunch but lately my sandwiches they heat up are still cold (cold egg? Yuck) and the smoothies are not blended enough that I end up with big chunks at the bottom of my cup. I mean, considering they use a blender you’d think they could blend it enough.

Marina at the front counter is rude as can be. She greats people with “your name” can’t even be bothered to say hello. Staff don’t seem to enjoy working with her. Wouldn’t return to this location.

I asked them their recommendations and gave me a full detail about the drinks, and made sure my drink was right. Very clean space and lots hard working staff. All in all highly recommended place to eat and get a nice drink!

Everyone is always super nice at this location! The owner should give option for tips on the machine for the staff - I’ve seen other locations do it. With minimum wage I think people should have the option to tip workers. But really great drinks and staff!

Staff is friendly and quick with service. The space is large, with a big couch if you are waiting for your smoothie to be made. There are a couple of high stools & tables for enjoying something in store. Plenty of parking outside.
I have to say dont go to this location the manager raminder is a piece of work she abuses her workers yelles n screams at them infront of customers gives discount to her indian friends that comes in constantly and free food and smoothies to her eastdiams friendsthey hang outin office and the location smells like curry as you walk inShe swears with bad words and she leaves work while on company hours to go do home shopping this manager needs to be fired she is a bad manager and she driving customers away

You guys should have AC in your place ,customers sweating bullets waiting for their drinks and drinks are melted before we get them . Feel sorry for the employees working in that heat , unbelievable

We have been there a few times over the last couple of months, and each time the smoothie was runny, not thick at all like at the other locations. The straws were in the holder with no wrapping on them, and the bathroom was dirty.
