Booster Juice

I came in to redeem my free birthday drink. I was using the app, and it required me to verify my email to redeem my drink (even though I've had the app for years and have made purchases using it), each link it sent me via email was broken, they sent me 11 links. I figured this was something the store could overlook, but I was turned away and told to come back on a day that's not my birthday... there was no one in the store when I got there, and the second worker even started making my drink order while the first worker, I'm assuming a manager of sorts, scanned my app and told me to come back. So I guess they, or the garbage, gets a free drink on my birthday, but I dont because your app isnt working? Thanks! I will never come back.

My daughter had just had an orthodontist appointment with a new appliance put in. Her mouth was sore so we decided to get a smoothly after because she couldn't eat. The Asian lady at the tills tone of voice gave off an annoyance while my daughter decided what to order. She was very short with us, looked irritable and kept conversing with the other Asian women in a different language. After we paid I said thank you and she glared at us.
The smoothie we recieved was definitely not made correctly and tasted like water with strawberry. We then went to the Emerald Hills Booster Juice following this and got the exact same smoothie and it tasted completely different. It was great.
Over all, it was a terrible experience and we won't go back to this booster juice.

Good place to go to for extra special treat. Staff were friendly and area was clean and inviting. The only thing I personally don't like as with any fast food place is the tip function while paying. It's fast food, not a sit down and be served restaurant there is a huge difference

Smoothies are consistent. The star of the show and the reason for my review is the Manager, she is always there to make sure you have a good experience and accommodate you any way she can. I go out of my way to go to this Booster Juice.

Ordered a couple of gifts cards and one booster juice. The gingerbread is not in season but Jacquie still made one for me.

When you need a great tasting drink stop in . Very clean and great service. Love the food.

Nice place, staff are also friendly. All three smoothies we got today tasted like they didn’t have yogurt, and were super juicy and liquid-y. Also got some paninis and they barely had any veggies in them so it was just chicken and sauce…

The worst experience was the location, the employees were super rude and had a bad attitude. I will never return here again, they placed my order wrong and the blonde girl and the Asian man did not want to give me the receipt, terrible service!!!!!

I really enjoy their strawberry one from here! Tastes like actual fresh fruit!

Said they were open online, they were in fact not open, I couldn’t get my bananas a whey, I was upset ?

Reached at 2055HRS still there were 5 mins left to close but they already locked door and person sitting inside just ignored us and sharp 2100HRS they switched off lights and left in front of us and said nothing.

Put an order in ahead of time to make a quicker for pick, waited 20 min before they confirmed the order so it would have been faster to order in store. It is the closet booster juice to where I live but I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location.

The staff is always really friendly here and greets you as soon as you walk in. It's a fairly large Booster Juice, with ample seating and waiting area. There is a large parking lot with plenty of spots directly in front of the store. They typically have large signage by the road so that you know if a new flavor or festive smoothie is being served currently. Orders are pretty quick to be filled as well because they always have enough staff!
