In the lounge we never need to wait longer then to clean a dirty table when its busy. The servers are always quick and friendly. Food is always good! This has company has been my go to for alot of years♥️

We went on Thursday at dinner and they sat us in a booth. We sat there for 20 minutes and NO ONE came to even offer us a drink let alone food. We left, won't be back.

Quite peaceful and comfortable ambience with huge dining space available. Food was good but staff service was excellent. They didn't make any mistakes with my customized order and the waitress was friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend this place if looking for Canadian fine dine experience.

I’m normally not one to write reviews but this place was literally the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Boston pizza is normally a pretty good spot, but not this location. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I typically love Boston pizza but this location was terrible. There were many servers standing around doing nothing even though it was not busy at all, only 3-5 tables throughout the time of our visit. The food was alright but not as good as usual. The service was poor and the whole restaurant was dirty, from the tables to the floors, all the way through to the bathrooms. If you are craving Boston Pizza in sherwood park, I’d recommend going to the wye road location.

Disappointing Experience at Boston Pizza – 11 Broadway, Sherwood Park
I’ve been a returning customer at the Boston Pizza on 11 Broadway in Sherwood Park, and I’ve ordered the “Panookie” dessert for takeout several times. Unfortunately, tonight ive been told that the takeout version doesn’t match what’s offered in the restaurant. As a paying customer, I expect consistency ordering something to-go shouldn’t mean receiving less than what’s advertised on the menu.
This evening I spoke with two employees — one of whom didn’t provide a name, and another, a manager named Zack. Rather than offering a reasonable explanation or trying to resolve the issue, I was met with resistance and what felt like an unwillingness to help. It left me feeling dismissed and frustrated.
While I understand that every restaurant has its policies, the way it was communicated came off as poor customer service. I’ve decided to follow up with the corporate office about the experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. It’s unfortunate because with a bit more effort and respect toward customers, this could’ve been resolved easily.

(July 21st) The food was really good! We came in at around 8, our server Amy was really nice and very welcoming. The manager on shift was very friendly and polite and we had a pleasure talking to him. Overall 10/10 👍🏽
