My brother, granddaughter and I went today at 4:00. We were the only customers in the restaurant. For a reason unknown to me, the very loud Manager opted to seat a job applicant at the next table. Seriously unprofessional and a breach of the applicants privacy. My brother and I couldn’t hear each other over this Managers interview and ended our meal. Horrible experience for us and I am sure that had to be the most uncomfortable interview for that applicant who had me seated4 feet away, able to hear every word. That aside, our service was substandard. Staff chatted at the back. No offer of refills and in fact someone came in and waited to be seated for so long they gave up and left. We will not be back to this store.

ENOUGH!!! enough of the take a pinch off this order, a pinch off that order, a pinch off this order,a pinch off that order!!! You people have been doing that for years and now you food is garbage. Ordered a $20.00 lasagna, as normal with you big corporations, you cut and cut in search of profits. You put 3 milliliters of pasta sauce, 6 peices of lasagna noodles and a dusting of cheese on top...$20.00. I would have ordered a pizza, but for $30.00 for a medium that is 97% dough, 3% toppings . Maybe wings???.... $17.00 for 8 wings?...$2.00 a peice..nope!!! ..... You are charging more for a salad than you are paying your employees!!.....no thanks.You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!If you people are not into serving a quality product for your superior price, just close your doors!!! I am extremely happy this place was empty during the Oiler game. This should be a wake up call that people are tired of being taken advantage of!.This review isn't just for this location.....80% of your locations. This day in age, there are plenty of places to eat, drink and watch a hockey game.I almost felt bad for this place being empty.Not everyone is a millennial, some of us remember the old days and how it should be, and this isnt it!!! Quit pinching penny's!!! WAKE UP!!!

I visit fairly often, but won't be back to ether Sherwood Park location. The food has also been subpar on our most recent visits.

Payton is the best! My sister and I go there every Thursday after Weight Watchers, and ask for Payton ❤️. And thin crust vegetarian pizza is Weight Watchers friendly!!!

This place is heaven on earth. The food is always 10/10 shout out to Kitchen Manager Dylan. The host team is always so friendly especially Julia and Sophie. They run this place with their whole heart. The servers provide service like no other with extreme Efficiency. The entire crew is divine . They have no flaws are are angels. I always love coming to Boston Pizza. They have so many wonderful selections to choose from...especially their steak sandwich, one of the best in my opinion.
