Branches did an excellent job. One food item came out very late and server said manager took item off the bill and gave us a free dessert. Very impressed that it was handled so professionally. We will be back.

We've dined here at least a dozen times over the years and it'sbeen very nice. Never have I had the poor food and service we experienced last Friday. 3/4 of an hour for a pizza and a stir fry? Which arrived AFTER the two tables next to us were seated, ordered and served! They sat down after us, larger tables and by the time we left, they were all long gone. I'm all for casual slow dining but 1.5+hrs for lunch is excessive. Then the food. The salmon stir fry had more rice than anything and the marinade completely covered any salmon flavour - why bother? The pizza was essentially vegetables on bread. No sauce, so little cheese we had to search for it and there wasn't enough to taste any of it. Now I've travelled the world and eaten pizzas all over Italy and Greece, so it's not like I don't understand what the chef was going for. I honestly wouldn't be at all surprised if something was forgotten by mistake.It will be a long time before I return, if ever. Once bitten, twice shy!

I had the best experience while dining here. The food was good but the service was absolutely amazing. My server Jaimie was absolutely stellar. She definitely made the visit worth while. As I also work in the industry I can definitely appreciate her efforts. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to all my family and friends.

We celebrated a double Birthday here. The food, and especially the water was really tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. We all had a great time. Thank you staff of Branches for making our celebration special!!!

food was delicious nothing wrong with it, the service on the other hand was disappointing. my server Jaimie was very passive aggressive well ordering and just felt unwelcoming. over all i don’t think i would return not because of the food but because of the service.

Me and my friends had a fantastic time here! We were seated in a reasonable time. Our Waitress Hayley was super friendly and we got our food pretty quick considering how busy it was and it tasted great!

Wonderful lunch - wood fired bacon mushroom pizza, polpette, spinach salad. Servings are generous (we shared a small salad and it was HEAPS!) This is a busy spot within Greenland Garden Centre - don't be surprised or upset if you have to wait. Enjoy the garden shop while you do. (We were told up to an hour wait on a Tuesday lunch hour, but our pager went off maybe about 40 minutes wait.)

The layered cheese bread is ammmazing!!!!!! Also the breaky pizza.... so good. Egg nog latte great!!!! (Smoked Salmon pizza...not so much to fishy and salty)

It's so filling; even my wife and I shared it, and he's a big eater! The kale salad was a refreshing surprise, perfectly balanced with Myra's sweet and tangy vinaigrette. Kudos to the chef, Myra, for creating such culinary magic. And, of course, the chocolate cheesecake Gabby recommended for dessert was decadently divine—a perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
