Over rated place. Atmosphere is the best part of the place. I had their beef dip and, imo, did not fit my taste at all. I did not like. Joeys was far superior in quality and flavor. The only reason I would come here again is for their fries and gravy.

The service was terrible! Coming from a fellow server, our server Trinity (I believe that was her name) was very rude from the start. I asked her for a straw and she said “just a minute” in an extremely passive aggressive tone. When my partner and I received our food we were not asked if we needed anything else. We did not get quality checked until towards the end of our meal as well as no refills on our water. We also felt rushed due to her bringing us the bill without us asking. We wanted it separate and we’re not asked if we needed the machine, thankfully we had cash. The restaurant was not busy by all means. I am very disappointed in the service and don’t recommend trinity to serve you.

I want to express my appreciation to the team. We enjoyed a beautiful evening celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday tonight. The team went up and beyond to make the evening flow smoothly. From the details when booking the reservation (ie are you bringing cake or balloons, accommodating a wheelchair), the arrival (ie table ready, warm greetings), the attentive staff (ie clearing dishes, ensuring drinks are topped up), the ending (ie holding doors open).The team deserves a 5 out of 5 and should be proud of their service.This definitely means I will be raving about this restaurant to many many many people.Thank you!

I ordered a blackened chicken caesar salad and when it came the chicken breast seemed small. When i mentioned it to the waitress, she told the manager and she brought me another breast! Very unexpected but also appreciated. Definitely going back. Good food for kids too with their unprinted kids menu. Just ask and you'll be surprised!Kid-friendliness: My gkids love it there!

Overheard the owner Tina degrading her staff. She was completely rude and unnecessarily harsh. I can understand giving feedback to an employee, but I wouldn't consider that feedback- just an excuse to berate and embarrass her employees. Apparently it's a common issue. Will not support an establishment where employees are treated like that. Take care of your employees and they will take care of us. Do better Tina.

Wife and I enjoyed the enclosed patio tonight in the middle of winter and it was just the right temp in there, and the service was great! Place was busy but the young guy serving us was polite and quick. The chicken fettuccine was very good.
