This morning, my family and I (8 of us) had the pleasure of dining at buffet Royale carvery .The service was exceptional! The manager was attentive, frequently checking on our meals to ensure everything was to our liking. His hospitality was genuine and appreciated.

First time customer and not as classy as I’d hoped. Brought a party of 11 for my daughter’s 21st bday (mentioned when making reservation): staff did not acknowledge our event. Further causes for mediocre review: the average cost $43/person, never brought water I asked for, water served in large plastic cups, tea/coffee an extra cost, server did not check to see if we wanted tea/coffee when on dessert, cold transaction with server after we paid the bill (no smile, eye contact...
