The first time we ordered the sliders and chicken tenders/fries were fantastic. They also went above and beyond to call me and reassure me the soups are Gluten free.
This time however our order sat under the heat lamp in a bag for over 30min while multiple drivers came and left without it I guess they had an issue with the name on the order even though my app and uber text both show my name correctly. I paid $60 for cold food and sadly the quality was very different, the sliders were full of grissle and the several chicken tenders had large tendons in them making it impossible to bite through. Even after calling and asking them not to send out the food without remaking it they sent the original order and of course it arrived cold :( we will not be future customers.

Fries are extremely salty, burgers are ok but flavorless

Same terrible serviceas everyone else. Not sure why I ordered here what a frustrating waste of time. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere else. food was wrong and stone cold, driver had no thermal bag and threw order on step in wet mangled bag. Such terrible restaurant the manger should be ashamed can't even run a restaurant I'm sure life is a disaster too.

Ordered the Pierogi Mac and cheese and it had zero seasoning… and this was $20

Ordered the butchers beef dipReceived 2 triangle pieces of toast and dry roast beef on the side/ no dip My husband had a soup that had so much pepper in it that it was not edible. Awful experience

They failed to send the fries for one of the orders. The potatoes were extremely spiced, so I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. I really wanted a nice cream soup \u0026 was recommended to try the broccoli \u0026 cheddar. It was crunchy (raw), not hot \u0026 extremely bland. The manager is suppose to call us back but that hasn’t happened. Will never eat/order from there again and will definitely not recommend.

Some of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time. While expensive they are quite large and super delicious. I've been back several times.

My food was ordered for takeout so atmosphere and service don’t apply. Food was amazing the first couple of times but lately I have found myself questioning whether to order again. The broccoli and cheddar soup this time wasn’t even edible as there was so much salt and I eat a lot of fast food so that speaks volumes. The pulled pork sandwich wasn’t as good as times before but still okay.

Ordered off skip, two soups. The order took over 2 hours to deliver, and they delivered the wrong kinds of soup. I called them to let them know and they took my phone number. The manager in Sherwood park, DJ, never called back and every time I called nobody was available. The skip score doesn’t reflect the quality and customer service. Both are poor.

Great wings...Open late...Will order again.

My wife and I have ordered from here a lot since the pandemic started but in the past couple months their quality and service has plummeted and our last order will be our last order. 40 minutes after the estimated time of arrival I call the restaurant and was assured the driver had just been dispatched…. only to arrive at my house 50 minutes later. I can handle my food taking long to arrive but not an 1.5 hours after the estimated time. Unsurprisingly the food was ice cold and had to nuke everything. I could literally pick up the entire poutine out of the container with the stab of one fork…
