Wife and I had an excellent meal here traveling through Edmonton. First visit to this Chop location but it was outstanding. I had the Prime Rib and it was the best one I've had in quite some time. Wife had the Perevian Salmon ,which was a new item, and she loved it. Overall excellent experience at this Chop location

We have been patronizing this restaurant for many years. My go to menu item has been the miso glazed salmon. This item has been changed to a different salmon dish. Not what I expected and was extremely disappointed. For the cost of my entree definitely not worth it.

The Sherwood Park location has better Chefs than the other Edmonton locations. Calgary Airport Barlow location has better Chefs than other Calgary locations—my regular locations, Sherwood Park and Barlow. It's hard to believe, but Chop locations in Ontario offer a good steak selection, but the taste differs, with marinade styles and textures that are distinct from those in the West, even for the same item on the menu.
