Cobs bread and bakery items are the best, always freshly baked every day. The bakery items remaining at the end of the day are donated. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The only place I buy my bakery items.
Bakeries have become so rare in our big-box store generation, COBS feels like a piece of history of societies past that we should cling to and appreciate. Not living particularly close to any locations, I specifically made a spontaneous trip to satisfy a craving for real authentic sourdough bread. Arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and the woman and young lady working greeted me pleasantly and served me with thoughtful kindness. And the bread did not disappoint, was superior!

Step through the door and the aroma of fresh bread is spectacular! Somehow I go in just to pick up, a loaf or two... I leave with the staff helping me to my car! (I don't have enough hands for carrying all my treats!)
