Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a cake on December 15th to be picked up on December 21st, it was going to be our dessert for today the 25th, my mother in law picked it up and it’s been sitting in her freezer since the 21st and from the top it looks normal.

I go to open the box tonight and this cake is a joke, it’s a freaking PANCAKE! I ordered the sheet cake and the middle/bottom half of the cake is missing, it’s just the vanilla layer of ice cream. So I just paid $50 for the thin layer of vanilla ice cream.

I’ve ordered a few cakes from this location and have had them decorated how I like them (with gel all over the top, we can’t have the edible pictures) and I was told they don’t do that anymore because it “takes too long”.

My husband and I stopped here, at this Baseline RD in Sherwood Park, we got a cheeseburger, fries, onion rings and a double bacon cheeseburger. Not long after we got home we got sick, vomiting, diarrhea, general unwell feeling. Both of us at the same time got this. As I have chronic health issues, my experience lasted longer, my husband was over his food poisoning in a couple of days. But we are sure we got food poisoning, DO BETTER DQ, ppl getting sick from your food is not good. And we are reporting it to Alberta health

Ordered from mobile online. Never had problems before. They sent all of the desserts but not one of the meals. After on the phone trying to get fixed for 45min. The skip the dishes guy was so kind and drove me to the restaurant on baseline road. as i don't drive due to my disability. After talking and explaining what happened argued with me instead of fixing their mistake. HOURS later got burgers and onion rings. And the kind skip the dishes driver drove me home. I called to leave a message for owner. As was not in. Heard nothing back. I will never use this DQ place again.

This is not the first time this has happened.
I order a mushroom burger pay for a mushroom burger and get a double cheese burger, there not even the same price, and I called to tell them and request to get the burger I ordered left a voicemail for management and never heard back, mistakes happen but for management to ignore me over a burger is brutal, call me back or lose my business forever

More expensive than every other DQ in the greater area. Food was ok but not great to justify.

Saturday morning a friend and I stopped in for food. I ordered a meal deal cheeseburger original which is cheese burger,fries, drink and a sundae. When I ordered he said I could have the sundae later. After I was done eating I went up to the counter and asked them if there’s a coupon that I can get so I can get my sundae later he’s like no you have to have it now and I’m like I can’t eat it now as I’m full. I said that the cashier didn’t say that just said I could have it later. Not very good communication when ordering the meal deal.Just be aware when ordering the meal deal that you have to eat the sundae right after your done eating.

The fries were really good and hot the burger was poor at best. Ice cream was so soft almost like the freezing machine wasn't working. We weren't happy with our meal today.
