The people that run this place are beyond stand up. As per usual with delivery services, I had a Skip driver not pick my order up that I ordered in the morning. After an hour I called to see if it was handed off at least and it hadn’t been and the driver was no where to be seen. Instead of leaving a disappointed customer, they asked my address and made it fresh again and then delivered it themselves. That is truly respectable service. Beyond that, the Pho is EXACTLY what you need to warm your soul. So happy with this place, this is where I’ll be getting Pho basically forever as long as I’m in this City.

Decided to venture over to this gem of a place and 100% glad we did. The staff was helpful and the food was amazing. Ended up meeting the owner Rick near the end our our meal and ended up having a great conversation. Will be back here in the future for delicious food!

My sister and I came here for Pho for lunch today, the food was delicious (pho and green onion cakes and vietnamese coffee) and our server was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back!! 🥰

This is my first time at this place. The food was great and the ambience was awesome.
But I want to give a negative star for customer service. The server (Asian lady) was very rude and arrogant. Firstly, it was my business meeting and we had a lot of talking, when we requested the server to please warm our food, she made a disappointed face and when she brought back warm food she literally said " Eat it fast otherwise it will be cold again".
Secondly, while paying, I was so annoyed and I politely asked the server how was your day, because you seemed angry. Initially she ignored my question, when I asked again she replied "Sometimes it's busy so I don't have time to talk". WOW 😳. This whole time there was just one more table occupied beside us and it was all empty.
So if you wanna spoil your day or night due to rude behaviour, please visit this place.

The food was very good. Never had been to this restaurant before so we didn't know what we wanted we were prompted immediately to order and again short minutes later... then ignored. We tried many times to politely make eye contact eventually having to wave the server down and met with an attitude as if we were a huge inconvenience ... great portion sizes

Dropped in for a late supper with the family, we don't live in Sherwood Park, but saw the sign and we love pho. Food was all delicious - my son couldn't get enough of the green onion cake.
Service was friendly and quick. We'll be back.

I love it was nice to visit after a long break from codvid havent gone out much to restaurants the oener beautiful soul of a woman im not sure who older lady is working in there but i visited this week 2 times and lolder woman is really really rude towards customers that business gonna die down if that woman keeps brusing off customers wrong way i believe owner not aware of this lady actions but i will contine coming there i just dont want her serving me .. how can someone be so angry

The food was really good but the portions are very bad. These portions are very small excepts the soups. Overall they could improve on making bigger portions and lower the prices.

We went to Costco Sherwood and we decided to eat our favourite soup. Delicious pho shown up 3.7 stars on the google review, but we came to try. Room for improvement . We found the pho soups here are a bit salty and the cost $3 more than most of the Vietnamese restaurants.
I not sure why it says delicious pho but its not. The service is good, just notice the lady used glass cleaner in cleaning the table.
