“I like to get a really toasted bagel. I asked for it to be triple toasted to convey the fact that I actually want a crispy bagel. It was soft and barely cooked.
The staff on the speaker were a bit snarky and didn't tell me my total. The gentleman at the window was curtious though and my beverage was hot.“

“I stop by here almost every morning, and it’s honestly one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. You can tell the manager really looks after the team, because the staff are always upbeat and professional. The place is spotless, and I never end up waiting long since they’re quick to open another till when it gets busy. Every employee seems confident in what they’re doing, and the service is consistently smooth. Other Tim’s locations could definitely take a lesson from this one.”“

“I have been to many tim hortons locations in the past 2 months even more so in the past 3 weeks from Canmore, Calgary up to Edmonton. Without hesitation this was the cleanest friendliest location I have stepped foot in. The bathroom had impeccable cleanliness. The place looked clean and tidy. I understood why so many people where just having a coffee and sitting in the building alone.It was a great atmosphere. I thanked the staff when I was in and I thank them now for their hard work and diligent house keeping skills. They should be proud of themselves and their work as it did not go unnoticed. I thank you again for the delightful coffee stop. Though it was breif it made an impression.“

“This place is usually busy and high traffic, but everyone tries to do their best to serve despite the pressure from lineups.

It is customer service, like with everything else, so if you're being an ass they can sense that. But if you're pretty nice and patient, most often than not, they will be kind, and sometimes go above and beyond with how they serve.

The drinks here are excellent, especially during busy hours, you are guaranteed a fresh cup. Although the food and drink selection here is limited relative to other locations, the portions are as expected and hot.

Pros: Come here if you want something quick and simple from the drivethru. A quickie.

Cons: They don't have lattes and espresso machine.“
