We booked the lounge but it was so noisy we moved to the dining room - the waitress was wonderful and took care of us until the dining room waitress arrived - we question why the lounge has to be so loud????

The music was way way too loud for the restaurant. It was very hard to hear others and had to yell to be heard. The other disappointment was some of the food. One person ordered the chicken hunan kung pao, had a total of 5 cubes of chicken, a lot of bell peppers and the main dish was noodles. Had this same plate many times, ratio was definitely not the same. Same with the chicken Alfredo. The service was good.

Such a great experience here. The service from Mia was top notch, and the food was exceptional. This is a beautiful Earls interior wise. Would highly recommend.

We were a party of 8 in for a birthday celebration. The staff did an excellent job of looking after our needs. In particular our hostess Harriet was beyond outstanding. This young lady was probably the best hostess, we've had the pleasure of being served by. From her attentiveness to her personality she made our evening and dining experience very memorable. To the kitchen staff that prepared the birthday cake we had brought for the celebration, thank you for the great job you did of getting the individual serving prepared for us. Great job. Thank you Earls Sherwood Park for the service, food and care we received. Will certainly be promoting this establishment. You have a wonderful staff.

Ordered 6oz steak. Theres no way that was 6oz. And it was chewy. Also value?? A small steak with fries and a small salad for $36.75?? Never again!!
Shrinkflation. Cheap. Idk. Don’t order the fried chicken sandwich there is no chicken on it. Pretty sad.

Visited the SP Earls for a family dinner. Our service was sub par with our drinks arriving after our meals arrived. Additionally the ice had melted watering down all of our beverages. Strike this place off the list is good restaurants.

The food and service were excellent, as usual. They have a nice patio with umbrellas and a high wall to shield from the sun, also it was a lot quieter on the patio than inside. One thing that needs some work is the patio furniture that we sat on was not good - kind of caved in and a little uncomfortable.
