Ordered through skip and it was a little concerning that I couldn’t see an arrival time since the restaurant does the order themselves, but it did deliver to me in a timely manner. The chicken was very good, however, everything else was a little lacklustre. I know this is a personal preference but it was unfortunate the house pickles were sweet, I probably would not have ordered if they mentioned on the menu. The green onion cake was pretty terrible, overdone and didn’t pull apart like they usually do. Lacked in any flavour. All in all, if you’re just looking for some good chicken, this is the place.

What a mess. We ordered through door dash and after 30 minutes of the app saying it was preparing our order we called to confirm if our order was in fact being prepared. The guy working said he didn’t get an order from door dash so we went through the app to cancel and after being told the order couldn’t be canceled or refunded we decided to drive to the restaurant to get our food ourselves (app says the restaurant does their own deliveries and nobody was coming from door dash at this point) we waited outside the building the restaurant is supposed to be in (it was impossible to find and there are no signs whatsoever) calling the restaurant for over 45 minutes and every single time we called we were ignored. We had to get one of the other Uber eats drivers that pulled up to help us get our meal. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Never again. Placed an order on their website for delivery. They took my money never got the food. I called numerous times and no answer. Tried their chat line and no response. They're thieves don't give them free money

I don't know why my review got taken off of Yelp, but whatever, I will post it here instead.I got the chicken and waffle meal, and it was great. The chicken reminded me a lot of a place is Nashville called Party Fowl. It wasn't your usual cayenne base which was a nice surprise. The only complaint I have is that the waffle was a bit soft by the time it got to my house. I assume it's from the steam in the box. So, maybe try packaging the waffle separately so it can retain its integrity?

My partner ordered Fat Fox for us last night and I honestly didn't even know they existed when he placed the order.What a gem this place is! I got the wet medium sandwich and it was pleasantly sweet and have nuance to the heat.I will say that I didn't find it to be all that spicy, so maybe next time I will try the wet hot, but the overall flavor was wonderful and the sandwich held its crunch.Sherwood Park is in need of a face lift so I'm hopeful Fat Fox lasts!

We ordered two different chicken burgers for pick up, one wet, the other dry. Both tasted burnt and the chicken was raw/undercooked. Customer service was very apologetic and offered to deliver an identical order to my home. The order was wrong (received 2 dry but whatever, we're hungry). Chicken was properly cooked but they still had a burnt taste. Overall not very tasty at all. definitely won't be going back and definitely not worth the $$$.
