I visited the Five Guys on Fir Street recently. The burgers were tasty and cooked just right, but the highlight for me was the fries—they were perfectly seasoned and crispy.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The line was a bit long during peak hours, but it’s worth the wait for the food quality.

This is the best five guys . The quality of the food and service is the best of all five guys . There fry’s are always hot and freshly made. The burgers are make absolutely perfect and delicious. Why can’t all the other locations be like this one . It’s a must to come to this location ❤️

Eat here often usually good food and good service, this time though I was second in line and a aggressive lady running the grill starts asking if I called, confused I said no and thought she was talking to the guy at the till. She started giving me sass asking how many Patty's I'm going to order. Chill lady I'm not even at the order desk yet leave your sass at home, wont be back for awhile. She was a manager too I assume, wearing a black shirt.

I orded on line and my order went to a different location on the otherside of the city, Sherwood park was kind enough to transfer my order. However our two burgers had buns that looked like they were squashed in a bag and then put on our bugers. There was no lettuce and other condiments were botched. They were playing hard rock music which doesnt suit everyone and should really be change it up. I ordered a milkshake that is advertised on the front page of the corporate website but they don't serve them here. All the burgers look slopped together. Is this holdi g up tge business that Five Guys created, or do they sell the franchise to anyone.
