Terrible, I usually don't write a bad review. I live out of town, and order to go. Last two times at this location, my loaded veggies, bacon cheese all condiments lettuce wrap burger, he's turned into plain burgers wrapped in lettuce. Nothing else, Paid for add ons but received nothing. So frustrating. Incompetent!

Heard a lot of hype about this place from some friends and family. Decided to give them a try.Impressive. really good burgers here. Obviously not frozen patties and you can taste the difference from other fast food chains. The service was quick and friendly. As for the place, it's nothing fancy (rather plain) but it's clean and I didn't think much of it really since I took it to go. But it serves the purpose and since the food is what matters I'm given this place top marks. As an added bonus the fries are great as well and they give a lot over filling the fry container (don't change that policy five guys!). I love a place that isn't cheap on the fries. Yum!Parking: Parking is shared with other stores in the vicinity (ie London drugs, etc) and there was plenty of it.

Great burger. Had the cheese burger and fries - get the spices to speinkle on the fries.What's there to really say? Burgers on point. Just a little on the pricey side. But go enjoy. You won't regret it.

Service was great, the employees all seemed very happy to be there. The place itself was clean and bright. The food was great, the guy just loaded the bag with so many fries it was hard to get my burger out! My only issue was that I didn't realize that asking all dressed for the veggies included mushrooms, that's my bad not them. The burger was still great regardless. You definitely get you 20 bucks worth here compared to other places. I swear there's a burger in this bag.
