Holy crap what happened to Harvey’s? I got a single Angus with cheese. It used to fill me up really good and was a great burger. The patty is now half the size, lukewarm and dried out to nothing. It was 1:30 pm, so the burger was probably left over from lunch. It is almost the size of an A&W buddy burger. I had to wait for onion rings that were lukewarm at most. Almost room temperature.
And for the pleasure of eating this junk, I paid over $13.

I just got home hours later and I’m STILL angry over that “meal”

My husband and I are seniors. We try to eat healthy, so we skip the French fries, onion rings and sugary pop. We had the original burgers with everything but lettuce including 2 tomato slices and 2 pickles. They were mouthwatering, huge and delicious. $13.85 for two people seems pretty reasonable.

Just an update. Harvey’s followed up with me and sent a gift certificate and a kind letter apologizing for my experience. Going to go again. Will advise. I used to love going to Harvey’s because you were pretty well guaranteed a nice hot burger but at the Sherwood Park Harvey’s I’ve had cold burgers several times and I kept going back living in hope. All I want is a hot burger not ice cold. I am over Harvey’s.

Harvey’s fan and always have been but I can’t justify spending almost $20 on a meal to have them consistency screw up my orders. Usually just missing something small or sloppy burgers… but today the order was someone else’s food entirely and when I called to talk to the manager she decided to scold me for complaining about her rude employee who was awkward to say the least. Food costs too much to consistently pay for incorrect items. The staff who smoke do so right outside the door which is right in front of the drive through order box so the smoke goes into your vehicle whether you like it or not… disgusting smell and terrible service will keep from coming back to this location anything soon.

Order arrived in 22 minutes (estimate was 19), which is a minor delay. The bigger issue: my chocolate milk was missing from an order of an Angus burger, hot dog, and chocolate milk. The delivery bag was sealed, so this appears to be a store packing/accuracy problem. Please double-check drinks before sealing the order. I’ve requested a refund for the missing item.

Ordered through the drive-thru and got a burger with a patty that was cold and tasted old. By the time I checked, I was already on the road, which made it even worse. Paying for fresh food and getting something that feels reheated and stale is really disappointing. Definitely not coming back.
