First time in a long time at Harveys. Service was good and fast. Unlike their competitors the burger and bun size hasn't shrunk! Burger was good (not great) but what was really good was your choice of fresh toppings for the burger! Seriously sets it out from competitor chains which I no longer frequent. Good experience, I would go back.

DISGUSTING !!!!!!Don't waste your money in this dirty hole of a restaurant . Food is gross ! Burger ( not sure it's even REAL beef ) cold mystery meat The bun cold . Poutine( cold pieces of cheese , old fries , and minimal amount of gravy. (Cheese is supposed to be melted in the hot gravy. I got this garbage at 4:30 in the afternoon (supper time) on a Friday. Manager does nothing to make this store run better. They will tell us they appreciate our feedback (BALONY) and to fill out a servey thingy. you don't care about the food you serve people!!!!!!! Bottom line ! Look at all the previous complaints ! What are you doing about it ??? Nothing ! What a disgrace to the Harvey's franchise .

I hadn't been to a Harveys in years, and finally went back and grabbed their veggie burger. Super good. I had 3 in a week. haha Next time I'm back in Sherwood Park I'll definitely be back. Underrated Fastfood restaurant... the chips are super good too.

Ordered through the mobile app, Still waited in drive through for 15 minutes. On top of waiting the items were not correct.
Don't throw topping to my burger I lost my appetite. I don't expect kindness or smile, just do your job right. To the lady who put the topping.

Been to this Harvey's many times. The last 3 times the burgers have been a complete mess. I ordered a Big Harvey burger with lettuce, onions and pickles on it and came out like this. It just fell apart in my hand and was a complete mess. Probably the worst Harvey's in the city. Staff here need to be trained on how to build a proper burger.

Placed an order online, picked it up. Was missing a couple items. When I called to inquire I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly manager. She told me to come pick up when I could. When I went to pick up, they had placed a couple extra items and were very nice and apologized again. Highly recommend this place. Great job ? ? ?
