Order arrived in 22 minutes (estimate was 19), which is a minor delay. The bigger issue: my chocolate milk was missing from an order of an Angus burger, hot dog, and chocolate milk. The delivery bag was sealed, so this appears to be a store packing/accuracy problem. Please double-check drinks before sealing the order. I’ve requested a refund for the missing item.

Ordered through the drive-thru and got a burger with a patty that was cold and tasted old. By the time I checked, I was already on the road, which made it even worse. Paying for fresh food and getting something that feels reheated and stale is really disappointing. Definitely not coming back.

Had a great outing with the family here, we had a rather big order and not once did we feel pressure to be faster! Once it was time to build our burgers Mayank was absolutely incredibly!!! He was fast, friendly , and funny. He made our outing so much better. This man needs a raise Only downside to this location is there is only 6 tables as they share a building Swiss chalet!

Don't go here unless it's your last choice. Ordered takeout, the fries were old and cold, the burger was alright. The chicken nuggets were pathetic. There was maybe 2 bites of chicken and all batter in the 5pcs. They were cold and seemed like they say out for a long time. Inedible,very old and hard( fed to the dog which barely ate them) And had to wait an extra 10 minutes from when the order was supposed to be ready. And they weren't even busy. Very bad experience. STAY AWAY

Dined in on 24 June @ 8:25ish. I can’t say enough about the young gentleman who took our order and served us. Very polite and careful in everything he did for the guests. The same with a young lady that came to take our order from the Swiss Chalet side, thinking we had not been looked after.
Although he was the only person taking orders on the Harveys side and dressing the burgers, the three others in the back were just cooking and waiting and not jumping in to help him out. This allowed fries to go cold after sitting for over 12+ minutes. I asked for them to refire new fries while we waited for him to finish dressing burgers and they were more than happy to do so and apologized for the wait. He was very meticulous and careful in handling and loading the bags. This also slowed things down but that’s OK. Serving the Skip orders also slowed him down. A one man show. He didn’t panic or get flustered. Just was so polite.
Area needing some work, heavy dust on ledges in the dining room but very clean overall. The girls from the drive-thru pitching in to help the cooking staff were deboning whole chickens without hair nets while waiting to serve at the window. It was also observed that a cook from the Swiss Chalet side picked up spilled fries on the counter with his hands and threw them onto a dinner plate he had just prepared. All looking to help each other.
Very polite staff. They all said thank you, have a good night. Overall a very clean restaurant with courteous staff.
