Highway 21 Restaurant

Made a special trip to have breakfast here. I had the waffles which were 3 very small, cold, rock hard toaster waffles. Hubby had the eggs benny.Asked for medium eggs but they came rock hard. Ham was grissly. Sauce was good.

Reviews for this place were generally good so we thought we’d try it. Won’t be going back.

I love this place. Beautiful gas station and a beautiful restaurant. Small town feel and amazing food. I travel an hour north to come here occasionally because even though my home town has multiple chicken locations this place is just that good.

A great place to eat and have a drink, just minutes out of Edmonton. Nice and peaceful place surrounded by nature. Great food, excellent service and awesome management. Will go back again when I go to Mequelon Lake.

Been getting pizza here (take-out) for years and was always happy.. Haven’t been here for about a year though. Pizza was always good and good value. Now, the pizza is smaller, ALL dough, and pathetic amount of toppings, and yes more expensive . Very disappointing. It was always great having something good out here in the country, but now it looks like we are back to driving into town for pizza night. That sucks!

Stopped for lunch on our way. The new management is a big improvement over the previous one. Excellent service — we’ll definitely come back. Felt just like home.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem inside a gas station! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. Even the kids’ meals were well-portioned and just as tasty. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean and well-maintained, proving that great food can come from unexpected places. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, great service, and plenty to eat, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This place has everything you need in one stop! The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, but the pizza is truly exceptional—perfectly crunchy and unforgettable!
They also have a well-stocked liquor store with both local and international brands, as well as a convenient store that has all the essentials.
Every time I travel on Highway 21, I make sure to stop by because the team here is always friendly and welcoming. Great food, great service, and great convenience—I highly recommend it!

This is a good stop for a meal if you're looking for regular food - nothing fancy - but a lot of variety to choose from.
It's a gas station restaurant but it's clean, the service is excellent and the food was good.
We had lunch and 4/4 were happy with what they had.

I have eaten in and had take out from here in the past, food has always been really good. HOWEVER...I ordered the lasagna for $18.95 and there was NO MEAT AT ALL in it! Total rip off, do not order. Extremely disappointed. They have also gotten alot cheaper on their pizza toppings...when you pay for extra of a topping, you should be able to tell there is extra.

Expensive. X2 pizzas (large and smal) for $50. Dont bother calling for pickup cause they ignore order and make you wait while they make your order when you show up. Other customers came in and were ignored while i waited 20 minutes for order that i called in 2 hours prior. Truck stop atmosphere. Place needs new ownership and better pricing. Pizza wasnt that good. Especially for the price.
