First time trying Jugo Juice. Drink was not well blended. Huge chunks of dates that would not fit up the straw. Kept clogging the straw. Ice was not blended more like soft drink ice.

Today when I went to Jugo Juice I was extremely unimpressed. As my daughter and I entered we were the only ones there. The worker took our order and struggled to input the correct juices. I ordered a Mango Lemonade which he inputted correctly and then a Matcha Made in Heaven, which he inputted as something else (no problem maybe he couldn’t find the correct button). He was quick as he made the first drink but was visibly struggling with the second. Another customer came in ordered and received their drink before I had gotten my second drink. No problem, I was being patient enjoying my time with my daughter. 15 minutes later he finally gave me my second drink (noticeably the wrong colour). We left as we were in a rush. When I got into my vehicle I tried my drink which was just oat milk and boba. I reentered the store telling the worker that the drink was made incorrect and that I would just like a refund as I needed to go (my daughter was waiting in the car directly outside the door) he said ok let me phone my boss. He phoned his boss and hung up and said give me 5 minutes I’ll remake it. Again I said I’d rather just get a gift card and go as I’m in a rush. Again he phoned his boss. He was unable to get me a gift card and instead gave me cash (which took him 5 minutes to count out) and even then he didn’t understand that taxes were a thing.
I’m usually pretty patient and understanding especially if they are visibly new but I should not have been in there for 30 minutes and not even given an apology.

Blended my drink for only about 10 seconds. There were large chunks in both of the smoothies I ordered. Additionally, the employee made one of the smoothies wrong. Absolutely horrible. $9 dollars (each) for awful smoothies and even worse customer service.

I have been stomach (diarrhea) after having lunch there. I think it was the sandwich. Wish I read a review posted here 10 months ago where the person got stomach sick too. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich but I think it was creamcheese and mayonnaise and not cheese!! I’m not allergic to any of those but I haven’t been stomach sick in about 10 years so…. Something isn’t working there.

I got two smoothies which costed $19.22 (including tip). The smoothies were not as flavourful as booster juice but still tasted alright. The service was very polite which I appreciated but it took two people to make one smoothie. This caused us to wait a while considering it is just a smoothie. I would probably not come back just from the price alone but I wouldn't stop people from going there to give it a try. I did like how they filled the smoothie right up to the top of the cup.My star ranking system:1: Bad / Don't go there2: Could be better3: Average4: Above average but not the best5: A true top notch place

What a really well run location. And the store is so beautifully clean. From the tables to the washroom the owners definitely care about your health.
