Blended my drink for only about 10 seconds. There were large chunks in both of the smoothies I ordered. Additionally, the employee made one of the smoothies wrong. Absolutely horrible. $9 dollars (each) for awful smoothies and even worse customer service.

I have been stomach (diarrhea) after having lunch there. I think it was the sandwich. Wish I read a review posted here 10 months ago where the person got stomach sick too. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich but I think it was creamcheese and mayonnaise and not cheese!! I’m not allergic to any of those but I haven’t been stomach sick in about 10 years so…. Something isn’t working there.

I got two smoothies which costed $19.22 (including tip). The smoothies were not as flavourful as booster juice but still tasted alright. The service was very polite which I appreciated but it took two people to make one smoothie. This caused us to wait a while considering it is just a smoothie. I would probably not come back just from the price alone but I wouldn't stop people from going there to give it a try. I did like how they filled the smoothie right up to the top of the cup.My star ranking system:1: Bad / Don't go there2: Could be better3: Average4: Above average but not the best5: A true top notch place

First time visiting this Jugo Juice location. I was met with kindness and enthusiasm by the owner. I honestly was just coming for a post-work out smoothie...but also craving bubble tea lol. I had no idea JJ even had it, but I guess they launched a new bubble tea menu. ?My protein smoothie was great. But wow...the Passionfruit Mango Green Tea with mango popping boba was actually legit. ? Pretty skeptical about these places taking on bubble tea, especially as JJ is a franchise/chain. However, don't be fooled. It was ??.
I don’t usually ever make reviews so writing this review says something. Always go here for my post-workout smoothie and usually I’m greeted by the same guy. He is super bubbly and always kind. He went out of his way today to give me some extra smoothie left over in the jug. 10/10 best customer service, such a wholesome dude. Also consistently the best tasting jugo juice location.

Very polite gentleman serving at the counter and I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. The cheese used is the processed spreadable one and the turkey was processed slices. Therefore, I’m guessing margarine was used instead of butter.Honestly, I think the sandwich made me ill for two days with stomach issues. I didn’t notice any bad hygiene and the server did use gloves.If I return, I think I’ll pass on the food for now and buy a smoothy instead. But I would encourage the management to put health and satisfaction first and use unprocessed real ingredients and not processed as much. Then I think it will raise the standard and overall rating.
