This KFC burn down...not longer existing at this location...drove all away to find is not longer existing here...the owner should have notified on Google maps that this place is now permanently closed...

This location seems to think that the sauce packets provided with their popcorn chicken are akin to Gold nuggets. I was given no sauce packets on a to-go order. When I asked for some, I was given two. When I asked for two more I was told that they could not possibly give any more sauce. This is the ONLY Kentucky Fried Chicken store that does this.Given the problems with the staff at this location, I would highly advise people to go elsewhere for their chicken, including one of the other KFCs in Sherwood Park. I am told that the same owner owns all of them, so if the other KFCs start treating sauce like its Gold, the other KFCs will lose my business permanently. I would rather drive to the city than be treated badly for asking for 10 cents of additional sauce for my chicken.I also concur with the other poster on the Gravy that ALL the Sherwood Park locations serve. The reason is that none of them serve "crackling gravy". This is gravy that is made with the drippings of the chicken when it is cooked. The only location close to Sherwood Park that serves crackling gravy is 50st and Baseline Road. I can only assume that the "No Crackling Gravy" is also the result of being owned by the same owner or possibly managed by the same manager somehow.This review is intended to relay facts as I see them, not to bash anyone in particular as that helps no one. Hopefully you find it helpful.

The chiken is so greasy and look old dry chicken and it seems that they cook it in old oil. You can see it clearly in the box that they used old oil the color is darkbrownish. And the macaroni is awful, I regret going there. I just wasted my money we just have a bite and throw it out. Location - KFC wye road sherwood park.

This location consistently serves dried out, old chicken that doesn't taste good and isn't up to the same standards other locations are. And I don't know if they've changed their supplier for chicken tenders since I last ordered, but they're nothing like they were a few months ago. Are you guys buying frozen chicken fingers from Safeway and serving them? Stay away from this location. Order from a different KFC or an different establishment altogether.

The head cashier is rude on customers and told me that their sale menus is not available and if I want it, I have to wait for 35 minutes or try skip the dishes and come back to pick it up when it's ready.. I live close by but will never buy on this outlet again.

my daughter went inside to order...they didnt give her a receipt, but we thought no big deal...$44 for a meal, and no fries? and only 6 real pieces of chicken and a bunch of popcorn chicken and wings or something. I called to ask what exactly order we got, but nobody will answer.
