Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered $75 dollars worth of food 4 pizza’s and some treats; only 3 pizza’s came and treats so I called the restaurant they said it’s the drivers fault. I contacted the driver, he blamed them so I called back and they told me they don’t have drivers and I should pick up the food if I wanted it. I continued to express my disdain as they made me feel as if I did something wrong. I requested for them to return my money; they agreed but told me I would have to come to the store. The food was cold I will never order from there again.

The quality of Little Caesars Pizza is unacceptable. I ordered take-out delivery—a large ham and pineapple pizza and the new pizza puffs. It took 45 minutes for my order to arrive, and everything was stone-cold and stale. The pizza was clearly a hot and ready as it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. If I had wanted a "hot and ready" pizza, it should have been at my door in 10 minutes, not a 45-minute wait.

This was the second time I ordered the
pizza puffs. The first time, from the west end location, they were fantastic. This time, however, they arrived cold and hard as rocks. I strongly advise against ordering from this location in Sherwood Park; you will be thoroughly disappointed.

We use to go for years. The quality has declined.

Pizza dried out. Over cooked. I shouldn’t have to open my food before I leave to make sure they didn’t burn it.

Do they not see the product when they package it?

Pizza came burnt, to the point we had to put it outside because the house started to stink. Customer service only offered 15% off for an entire order that was unedible. Stay away from Sherwood park location

I ordered pepperoni pizza and crazy breads from this store and I don’t have to wait a minute because everything was ready to go. Store was clean and staff is very polite and friendly. I will come here again.

I come here to pick up my lunch everyday I wonder they don’t have hot and ready cheese puffs

Pizza was weird. I get Little Caesars from time to time, but this was weird pizza. To a of seasoning salt poured on the hot and ready. Didn’t even eat the pizza because it was so salty.

Manpreet is the absolute best employee ever! She helps me all the time when I’m grabbing lunch on my work break and she is always kind, helpful, and efficient. She deserves a raise for her hard work and hospitality!!!!!
