Our group didn’t golf. 1pm on a Wednesday. We were one of 2 groups in the bar. Service was good, 1 bartender/server.
Food was absolutely horrible. Sliders and buns were burnt. Something called pretzel bites were small chewy & tasteless. The burgers were not good. Drinks were short poured.
A great atmosphere and location. Very disappointing.

Great environment and amazing burgers! The Mushroom Swiss is a must-try—highly recommend it. Brayden (blink) was an awesome bartender and made the experience even better. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one!

We had an amazing lunch at Longshotz in Sherwood Park! Scott was our server and he was absolutely phenomenal—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious with generous portions, and there was so much to keep the kids entertained that we were actually able to relax and enjoy our meal. Great atmosphere, great service, and a perfect spot for families. Highly recommend!

My favourite bar in Sherwood park, always a good time, good beer and good conversation with the bartenders.

I type this as I walk over there again for the oilers game.

HUGE shout out to Chef Ryan and our server Elliot….had a couple of orders of hot wings and when Elliot asked how were the wings, I said can the chef make them any hotter? Chef Ryan took the challenge and sent me an order of some absolute fire house wings that had some great burn while still having a great taste…Chef Ryan had me sweating and tearing up the wings were so damn good.
Now Chef Ryan has to ask to get them on the menu….a little wing challenge for all.
Now that is customer service at its best….highly recommend trying Longshotz for great food and awesome service.

Good food, simulators were finicky and didn’t always work

Came for golf. Sim was glitching the entire time. The sim is very worn out the mat has massive divots in it.

Golf: The Trackman technology is impressive, but over +15 visits, I’d estimate we had issue no less than 12 times. When they work, it’s a great system and enjoyable to play. However, Longshots seems to struggle with maintaining a consistent working experience. On the positive side, we appreciated the ability to access the simulators early if no one was there or a bit late if we were running behind, although this was usually due to simulator issues.

League: The golf league was a disappointment. It was their first time running a league, and it showed. The communication was poor, with the schedule changing unpredictably without explanation. The intermittent breakdowns of the simulators caused unexpected delays and missed opportunities for players. The prizes were mediocre, and the point system for memberships was confusing and inconsistent. It started with an hour’s worth of points being 40, then later changed to 42. It was difficult to keep track of our points, and the waitresses struggled to provide accurate information.

One positive aspect of the league was the Trackman tournament system, which allowed players to track their scores and see updates throughout the week. This feature was particularly useful for comparing our performance to others. However, all the uncommunicated scheduling issues turned the league into a chaotic mess.

Longshots has potential, but they need to address issues with the golf league and improve communication and organization.

Service: The staff is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, but some waitresses seem new, use an overly complicated system, or lack common sense. The exception is Andrea, who is undoubtedly the best thing Longshots has going for them. They should do everything in their power to retain her and probably investigate moving her into more of a manager role as she was the only consistent and great experience.

Food: The food is hit or miss. The wings were sometimes amazing, while other times they were just average. On Grey Cup Sunday, in the middle of the day, we were told they had run out of wings. Another day, they ran out of ranch sauce. No one in our group was ever blown away by a dish for good reasons, but they always tried to make amends for errors and mix-ups.

Overall, when the servers were working well and there were no significant issues with the food, Longshots was pretty average. Some days were decent, while others were disappointing. I hope they learn and improve on everything they have going for them.

The occasion of our event was a surprise birthday party, so about 30 people. The owner didn't communicate to the staff the booking for the day, so set up was rushed, and staffing was an issue. Our server appeared to be very inexperienced and out of her depth. The food was good, just missing the side vegetables of typical bar food, and very limited options for dietary restrictions.

The wait times for food and beverages was extremely long, and table service was almost non-existant. The server didn't seem to understand clearing of tables as she went, and bringing cutlery/plates in anticipation of them being required when the food was brought out. (We did bar food in a buffet style.)

I personally helped with clearing tables all night, so people could continue to enjoy the night, which I mentioned at the time of payment. I felt the 18% automatic tip was incredible generous, and maybe shouldn't be charged, to which I was told I could think what I like, by the bartender/owners brother, who was rude and confrontational with many of the guests throughout the night. No discussion or credit on the bill, but over a $200 tip for service that was not in any way worth the cost.

This place is amazing. The best food in the park and has an unreal atmosphere. The sim golf is so easy to manage and the staff is so friendly. They are eager to help out and make it right. 10/10 would come here at least a couple times a week

Good vibe and nice patio for a happy hour beer, but like every other mid tier pub the menu has once again changed to take all the creative good dishes off and leave only overpriced burgers, sandwiches, deep fried trash and weak salads.

Go to Boston Pizza and get better food for less money, then golf here.

Wait staff was good, attentive to our needs. Burger was very underwhelming, buns were greasy than the burger and patties were dry and overcooked. Which probably explains why the food took so long when we ordered it.

Great service by our server 10/10. I got the McDavid burger with side Caesar ; burger was average and salad was very basic for the 22.00 charge upgraded 4 bucks . Chicken tenders and fries were excellent . Atmosphere was ok . Went there for Hockey game in afternoon one of the panels on the 9screen TV was broken , there were plenty of tvs to accommodate other seating . If I was there to virtual golf or have a few beers I imagine it would be good time .

Dietary restrictions: Doin the keto diet and they didn’t have a dedicated lettuce wrap option but they had no problem trying to wrap it with romaine for me .
