Wait staff was good, attentive to our needs. Burger was very underwhelming, buns were greasy than the burger and patties were dry and overcooked. Which probably explains why the food took so long when we ordered it.

Great service by our server 10/10. I got the McDavid burger with side Caesar ; burger was average and salad was very basic for the 22.00 charge upgraded 4 bucks . Chicken tenders and fries were excellent . Atmosphere was ok . Went there for Hockey game in afternoon one of the panels on the 9screen TV was broken , there were plenty of tvs to accommodate other seating . If I was there to virtual golf or have a few beers I imagine it would be good time .Dietary restrictions: Doin the keto diet and they didn’t have a dedicated lettuce wrap option but they had no problem trying to wrap it with romaine for me .

We had our annual Christmas party just recently, and I would like to say that the staff are great, food was awesome and the digital golf is fantastic. My only concern would be the golf clubs. But i would say bring your own.

We tried the virtual golf for the first time at Longshotz. Our server and bartender were helpful in getting us started. Throughout the 4 hours the virtual golf system was experiencing glitches. We were unable to putt so the bartender removed that option. Then the system changed views without us touching the computer. Again the bartender was helpful and restarted the system twice and then we had to start over on a different course. I should also mention that both the server and bartender watched us so to clearly understand what was happening while we were golfing. I would also be clear that these glitches forced us to stop playing golf while the issues were been addressed. When it came time to pay I was not happy that we were being charged for the full 4 hours of golf. I asked to speak to the manager (I did not get his name). He was arrogant, smug and absolutely no customer service skills what-so-ever! He asked about our service and I said the service was great but that is not why I was upset! He blamed us for the computer issues and that the system was state of the art. I said your staff watched us and that the bartender had to restart the system. That did not matter to him. He was just a first-class jerk. I wasn't looking for at free golf. The manager could have been courtesy and professional by removing a half hour from each bill. One thing for sure I will not be spending any money at Longshotz ever again. And I will never recommend this establishment!I hope they realize bad management can cause a demise of a business.

Alright, lets break this down.Food: I like it a lot. The salads are delicious and so are the burgers. When it comes to pub food, this is the only place I recommend. I really like their food and enjoy going back for more. I know that it is a ghost kitchen that is used, however, great partnership with Longshotz, they take good care of the customers.Service: The bartenders are awesome, seriously awesome. We sit at the bar unless we are with a larger group. The servers seem to be well trained and are consistently good. I have yet to have outstanding service from a server, however, its exceptional service from the bartenders every single time. Well done to management for hiring great bartenders and great work to all of them.Atmosphere: What a fun place, the golf is great when we feel in the mood, the games we want to watch are either always on or they will always find it for us. I wouldn't waste my time on any other pub in Sherwood Park unless you are looking for live music. Otherwise, Longshotz should be the only place you go. Pricing is great, quality high, just all around best pub in Sherwood Park. Thank you and look forward to our next visit!

The server was awesome but the food needs huge improvement. The salad was good but the burgers are overcooked and its like eating a rock salt.. Its overcooked, dry and extremely salty. Worst than a bag of chips.

Quite possibly the worst food I've eaten in years. $133 got me 2 steak sandwiches...ordered to be medium rare but cane almost blue rare and cold....the pickle chips and fries were inedible due to completely being WAY over salted. They forgot the gravy I paid for the caesar salad croutons were rancid and delu very took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Stick to golf...food was horrible. Wont be back.Sue

The food was great when the place first opened but has gone downhill. And the kitchen isn't owned or operated by Longshotz. its an independent Ghost kitchen. Order that from Skip the Dishes and save yourself from freezing while sitting in the bar. This place was great when it first opened, but has drastically gone downhill due to the ownership. Longshotz was to be a fun, fresh place to hangout and continue to support the bar staff that came from other locations. Now that they have pretty much all moved on due to the owner, myself and my group have taken Longshotz out of the rotation for hangout spots. Will not return.Never heard or asked about any of the details of what went on, but the amount of staff who left for the same reasons..... can't be positive.
