They posted closing time is 10pm. I drove from the north side to Sherwood park and it was closed by 9:45pm. Then I decided to drive to the location downtown, got there at exact 10pm. And this guy was refusing to attend to me. Even when the sign still read Open. And I told he was happened. Anyways I stood my grounds and he decided to sell me plain ice cream without toppings and charged me full. What a shame to customer care and satisfaction

I recently purchased a litre of "birthday cake" ice cream from Marble Slab Creamery, and to my surprise, it tasted exactly like plain vanilla. Having had birthday cake ice cream numerous times before, I can confidently say that this flavor was completely off. When I returned to the shop to simply request an exchange for a different flavor, I was met with shockingly rude behavior from the staff.
The worker insisted that what I was tasting was indeed birthday cake, despite the complete lack of any recognizable birthday cake flavor. Instead of listening to my concerns and offering a reasonable solution, she was condescending, dismissive, and outright gaslighting, making me feel like I didn't know the difference between vanilla and birthday cake.
I didn’t even ask for my money back—I just wanted to exchange it for a flavor I would actually enjoy. Instead, I left with a bad taste in my mouth (and not just from the ice cream). This shop clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction or standing by the quality of their products.
If you're looking for genuine birthday cake ice cream or even just decent customer service, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of ice cream shops that actually care about their customers—unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Been here many times. Tried a different flavour this time and so did my wife. Very disappointed in both. We switched and they weren't at all palatable. Mine actually had a chemical aftertaste. Just tossed it out the window in disgust. It's sad to waste expensive icecreams.

This place never disappoints! It was 30 degrees. Kids wanted ice cream. Boom! I got to get some, but only because they wanted to go ?

Went to this location today and had very poor service the ice cream was melted and and mixed very poorly when I went to pay I was told they couldn't take my cash and could only take debit I now write this while stuck on the toilet as I only assume something was bad or expired I have never been lactose intolerant or allergic to anything....
