Three small pieces of chicken and inedible side of coleslaw, tater tots and a can of pop for $18. Absolutely pathetic. All served up by a completely disinterested person behind the counter.

The food here is good, what you would expect. And the girl working that we always seem to run into is always polite, but I believe she’s the only person working! It is most definitely not her fault as she’s working her butt off, but the service is so slow (like 20-30 min waits). They need to hire another person pronto, and shame on the owner for not helping their sole employee out.

To note: this isn’t a one-off occurrence, we’ve had this wait multiple times.

Food was prepared fresh and chicken was hot and tasted good. Couple of notes, 1 piece of pickle! Now that's getting cheap. The coleslaw is more sauce that slaw. Also the floors need cleaning, entry carpet vacuuming, etc. It just felt grimey in the restaurant.

Don't waste your time and money at this location - just drive to another location. The food was horrible, overcooked, no sauce in the sandwiches, buns still caked in raw flour and no lettuce. There's a reason why their ratings are so low - their staff clearly doesn't care.

I ordered takeout from your restaurant last week that was Thursday —specifically a 13-piece chicken order (6 spicy, 7 regular). Upon arriving home and checking the food, I noticed that one of the pieces was a backbone with very little to no meat on it, heavily covered in breading. It clearly wasn’t a proper piece of chicken, and it felt like someone knowingly included it in place of a regular piece.

I was disappointed, as I’ve come to expect better quality and honesty from your kitchen. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope this is addressed to ensure it doesn’t happen again to another customer.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how this can be made right.
