Ordered online at 9:30am for a pick-up at 11:40am. i went to the location to find that the sherwood park store was closed until 12:30pm. the website allowed me to put the order in but did not signify that the store was close. MERRY XMAS for my guys at the shop!!

Absolutely rude service. Older Lady at the front counter was obviously mad at something or someone. She should not be working a customer service counter. Also, no dressing and no crispy chicken twists. Nothing but rude responses rather than suggestions for alternative. Ordered gravy and was not put on the order. Left the building to eat in our vehicle as it was not only warmer than the resteraunt but a better atmosphere. We have been to this store many times before and never had issues.

it took about 10min for the order. but we were informed first thibg that it will be a wait. so it is a good practice. definitey really good quality food

We ordered online for pick up. When my husband arrived on the said pick-up time. They haven't started cooking our food! Almost an hour wasted waiting for it to be done.

Once again even when asked to repeat the order the couldn't get it right, they mix old stail potatoes with fresh many not cooked properly, just another sellout Canadian co hire cheap labor and cheap out wherever possible, Popeyes is way better in every way,

Love was so sweet and so kind and offered the best customer service. We came in 15 minutes before close and she was happy to feed us. She had a great attitude and was super patient. Wish I could leave more stars.

Ordered online and waiting in store 30 mins after time it was supposed to be ready. Walk ins got priority and food before me. Multiple people waited over 45 mins for food including skip. Horrible communication as I stood at the counter for 20 mins before being talked to. Management needs to fix these issues .
