This McDonald's is IMO the best in Sherwood Park. Service is fantastic. Coffee is always fresh and unlike many others...never burnt. The food is loke all McDonald's but they don't just smash it together. Ever had McChicken sauce all over the outside of the bun? Yup! But never here. Keep up the great work!

The workers didn't even mix the Mc flurry my 4 year old daughter got so the oreos were all at the bottom and you may think this is "dramatic" but personally I think they should be paid to do their job right.
PS: the spoon the server gave us gave my daughter a splinter on her tongue that she has been complaining about for the past 30 minutes so thanks a lot.

Epic fail!!! Not sure how it’s acceptable to drop someone’s food on the road when handing it out the drive thru window and just shut the window like nothing happen. Even after looking down at the food. Embarrassed or not I would be offering to fix the fact that it hit the road! As a company I would be embarrassed that a team member did this.

This morning I went to this location drive thru to order food I ordered two filet o fish by mistake lady just punch one I went to window and said I ordered two she added another one on next window I got my order and drive away when I opened box they gave me one with cold bread cheese and fish piece was out of bread and sauce was half in the box and half on bread I called in and spoke with the manager Shanker told him every thing but he was talking with attitude then I said I write review on the website he said no problem you can write the review we pay for trash but they don't care we don't have time to go back for trash again we have to go for work here is not option for review less than one star if possible I gave more less
