Had a better experience here than some of the others in sherwood. one thing I hate is cold food . This one the served hot fries and the burger was hot as well.

The management including the managers were all just standing around talking it took me 5 minutes of waiting while a manager just stood and looked at me before I was even served. You need to do better with customer service

I had a bunch of the limited edition Szechuan sauce saved up just from buying extra every time I went to McDonald’s because it’s so good but my husband accidentally threw them out. They have already been removed from the menu and my husband felt so bad he called every McDonald’s and this location said they had 20 left. We don't live close to this McDonald’s but he drove all the way there to buy them for me anyways because no other locations had any left. When he got there he was told he can only buy 10 of them which is pretty unfair considering he was told they had 20 not even 30 minutes prior. The menu doesn’t even have the sauce anymore so I don’t think many people are going to ask for it.. Plus when customers buy sauces outright it brings in more revenue than just giving them with nuggets so I’m not sure what the logic is… but either way super upsetting experience.
