The most disgusting meal and experience. The workers could hardly speak English and their accent was so overwhelming, the bathrooms had little feces in each toilet and urine on the floor. We ordered a meal and the burger tasted rotten and the cheese slice was white. It was a quarter pounder with a soggy white slice of cheese not to mention the chicken nuggets were so dry and stale as were the fries. The meal was not edible the service was awful and the restaurant was disgusting. Get new workers that can speak our language get fresher ingredients and maybe clean up?

I’ve visited the McDonald’s in Emerald Hills periodically, and it consistently delivers good quality. The food is fresh, the fries are hot and crispy, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
In my experience, this is probably the best McDonald’s in Sherwood Park. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience.
While there can be occasional delays in receiving food during busy times, the overall quality and service make it a reliable spot. I’ll definitely continue coming back.

The only good thing about this location is the room inside. However. Much like the Baseline Road McDonalds. This one has also struggled with fulfilling correct orders. Im always missing extra items that I’ve paid for. Will not longer be supporting this location either.
