The lady Christine is not polite and talks about you in her language to other staff. Didn't acknowledge I was even there but looked at me many times. Catherine in drive thru is very kind
I was blown away by the level of service we received at this location. Brian and Albert are so kind and friendly and nice. They helped my son collect the happy meal toys which meant so much to him. They went way above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back. Thank you for amazing service!
Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always fresh. They have Minecraft decorations and we got to take a cool photo, it was super fun.

I’ve visited the McDonald’s in Emerald Hills periodically, and it consistently delivers good quality. The food is fresh, the fries are hot and crispy, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
In my experience, this is probably the best McDonald’s in Sherwood Park. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience.
