We ordered our food through the drive through and asked for a cup of tap water, it came up on the screen and after a long pause the manager removed it and lied to us saying they don’t have the option to do that us. Which also by law they are required to give tap water for free. Then she very rudely continued to argue with us and tried to make us pay for a bottle of water. We just ended up leaving. Don’t support this restaurant with horrible customer service.

I used to love McDonalds. The magic is gone. The food is dry and cold. They removed pop machines from the inside because increasing prices wasn't enough for this greedy corporation that doesn't care about staff or customers. This is by far the worst location in sherwood park. The location on Kaska road is significantly better

It's McDonalds. What do ya think you were doing? Food is like cardboard and service is lack luster at best but its quick. Used to be cheap but that ship has sailed. If you want this kind of meal and service... This is the perfect place for you to go. On a positive note... All McDonalds are the same so you can get the same crappy food and horrible service no matter which one you go to.

Place was pretty full but ended up going right up to the counter ordering and surprisingly got my food a lot faster than I thought I would and even as a special order it was right the first time.
Food seemed fresh, service was good, not great but good, place could’ve definitely been cleaner. Price getting dangerously high

Skip breakfast here. The hasbrowns are always super greasy and undercooked. The always miss items, check for missing items before you pull away from the drive through. I keep a stash of ketchup. I thought the renovation would fix the issues...

I rolled through the drive thru at 4:40 this morning to get a coffee and some breakfast and got radio silence. Strange from a place that is listed online as open 24 hours. Shitty start for a monday morning. Thanks alot.

Food was fresh & as expected from McDonalds. The new renovations offers a clean cut but cold deserted atmosphere - if someone is not at the register it is hard to get the attention of the employees as it is blocked off now, when we did get the attention employee did not get the order right & it took a long time to track them down again to correct it as they disappeared to the back, like the front is a deserted place now. A wonderful positive is the older man on janitorial duty. He was kind & attentive to make sure everything was going well for our night it was nice (he didn't know of our experience, that was just him!) Kudos to him! Good parking, good clean bathrooms. Did not use to playplace so cannot comment.
