Very disappointing service, there was this indian lady on Saturday evening, i guess it was prabh something on the name tag. She was very rude and the way she gave me my food was like she was doing a favour for me . Thats not the type of service anyone should ever get. If you don’t wanna work, better stay home.

I just left and no bbq sauce for my order I asked 2 times for my bbq sauce how can anyone eat anything without sauce I'm so annoyed because I live so far that it would be a 20 mins drive back I literally drove in town for this I'm so damn annoyed I hope they can find a way to the bare minimum make sure all items are in bag

Update today they refused cash at the drive through so I had to cancel the order and go to a competitor. In the future I won't try to stop just keep driving waste of time stopping here.
New review forgot my food. Went through thr drive thu for dinner. They forgot my food after taking the 30 min drive out of town called in and the manager said they'd replace it the next time im in town. It just wuckw because I don't have dinner today without having to now drive another hour round trip. Saying that to the manager he hung up on me. New management sucks and the restaurant quality of service has gone down hill in the last year after they transfered people to emeralds new store. Take the time to go to emerald over this stores poor customer service.
Old review. Best midnight fries always fresh, super hot, crispy, and salted right. Though, it can be slow to get in and out.

If you’re into limp, cold fries, this is your McDonald’s. My house is 2kms away & every time I go through their drive thru (like I just did), I have to use my air fryer to bring the fries back to life. At least I got the right order this time. I can’t say visiting this McDonald’s isn’t always an adventure & surprise. You never know what will end up in your order.
Stood in line for 3 minutes this morning while all the employees ran around and didn't help us... if you don't want to serve a customer than get rid of the till and only have self serve. I strongly suggest management to review what customer service is and how to provide it

The worst customer service experience i ever had in my whole life. I ordered food from this restaurant and it was not fresh at all. I ask the lady that the food is not fresh and she replied that did you ask for fresh food. I was shocked and asked “Do you guys serve fresh food only if the customer asks because none of the other locations ever told me this”. It was a night staff. Staff don’t even know how to talk with the customers. Won’t recommend going to this location at all.
