I went here and ordered a Mcflurry with my meal. Drove off and didn't have a spoon. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. It’s like they are addicted to doing this. Also my burger was thrown together as always too. Im starting to think they have competitions in the back to see who can make a burger the furthest away from the counter. It looks like they set up the box and played ring toss with the ingredients. I’m sitting in a parking lot licking out the ice cream cup like a lion drinking from a river. Thanks guys.

⭐️⭐☆☆☆ — Disappointing Chicken
I visited the McDonald’s on Baseline Road recently, and I was really disappointed with the chicken. Honestly, I don’t even think it tastes like real chicken—it was bland and had an off texture.
The staff were polite, and the restaurant was decently clean, but the main issue was the food quality. On top of that, it’s not worth $15 for what you get. I hope they review their chicken preparation, because this meal was far below expectations.

This location specifically is very efficient and quick. I've only had one time where I almost drove off and they had forgotten item but we go through for the kids. Happy meals and they are always quite happy.

Worst experience ive ever had. Window worker arguing im at the wrong location then manager arguing with me . All to find out they made the mistake. 5 minutes and a massive line of what I can assume as irritated customers behind me because a manager cant admit he is wrong.

only dons open late in sherwood around me. there’s this one girl that is very very rude when i go through the drive thru. today i asked for extra pickles in a cup cause i love pickles and she straight up said no and that was the end of the conversation. literally was sitting there in the drive thru talking in the order screen and she was ignoring me. unbelievable. another time i asked for a mcflurry and she told me no again!!! why are you telling me no? cause your to lazy? she has an attitude as well and it just very rude. i would use other words to describe her but it’s not appropriate…. her attitude towards me as a customer isn’t appropriate. very unimpressed. also FIX YOUR DRIVE THRU!!! my rims get scratched everytime and it’s not me as a driver. it’s the way the lane is made. these rims are very very expensive. wish i could put negative stars: this place sucks. i’ll only every return to emerald dons

Time and Time again this Mcdonalds has gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions. It’s especially frustrating when paying for extras (such as sauces) to only end up without them in the bag. It is also confusing how when I order a simple big mac meal (with no modifications). I get home and there is a Jr. chicken in the bag with nuggets? Complete opposite meal. I’ve noticed the service degrade over the years due to the change in staff and will no longer me going here for me and my family.
