It’s MacDonald’s. The cleanliness of the sitting area was excellent. Chairs were in place and no debris or food residue on tables. Staff were friendly. Food came quickly.

Waited in Drive Thru for almost 10 minutes then before I could get to the pay window I sat at least another 7 or 8 mins while a truck at the delivery window waiting for their order, when I finally received my order, the coffee must have been from last night. I always drink McDonald’s coffee and it’s the best coffee around, today horrible coffee horrible service. Never use this location 😡

Drive thru workers were polite, nice and quick, however when food was received it was wrong. A quarter pounder with cheese and without onions was give to my mother who is quite food sensitive to them, and I was given no onions or pickles when asked for extra. Went inside the store to have our orders fixed, and came out with one of our orders wrong again; Big Mac with extra lettuce (pretty much falling out of the container) and no onions or pickles again. The food tasted cold and even a little bit old. Very disappointed with such a globally renowned chain restaurant.

All the staff park out front leaving no places for paying customers. Laziness and entitlement at it's worst. The owner ought to do something about it, I called and spoke to manager and he did absolutely nothing. I frequent that McDonald's for coffee often. It's always the same vehicles parked in the front. Well done, lazy staff.
UPDATE******* I made a complaint to the manager about it, and they've moved back to the second most used customer parking, rather than at the back of the lot. Really, classy move.

Don’t sell stuff you do not have like muffins and pastry. You do not have. Look first. Not all of us have time for you to figure out a refund and are headed to work. Also some of us have a particular palate & don’t want your substitutions. Sometimes the care here is lacking, the little details, like looking what is in stalk , cold fries.

This McDonald’s has consistently served fresh food every time I’ve visited, which is definitely a highlight. The service is great, staff are very kind and always willing to help. While the cleanliness could be improved, it’s not at a level that’s overly concerning. Overall, a solid location with friendly service and reliable food quality.

Tried chicken teriyaki and there was so much sauce it was a total mess. Less is more
The manager on duty at Mcdonald’s Strathmoor, morning of 20 July 2025, was unfriendly, rude, and very unprofessional while serving me and my wife. He even got our our order wrong! Just because my wife only mentioned mcgriddle as one of our orders, he assumed that she meant just the bun and not including the sausage and egg! And we had to return to the store when we found out the error so we can order again the correct sandwich! And he had the temerity to tell my wife that he hardly knew her for her to assume that he correctly got our order! I guess he meant that we are not regular customers of the store that he assumed that we really ordered just the mcgriddle bun. I can’t believe Mcdonald’s would hire such kind of service staff, and a manager at that!
