We love Mr. Sub. Though over the years, the market has been over saturated by the other guys, when I want a super tasty and always consistent product, I choose Mr. Sub.
The staff (may be owners as well) are so kind and friendly, and prepared my smoked meat and my wife’s pizza sub, exactly like we wanted them.

I don't know where they learned how to make a sub, but as far as I'm concerned they don't know how to. One bite and half my sub was in the wrapper. Who puts the meat on last on top of the veggies...??? I even said something and was ignored. I will not be returning to that location

Noticed the tomato tray had moldy tomatoes in it. Told them and they brought out a new tray. But instead of putting fresh ones on my 13 dollar sub they put 4 soft ones that were near the moldy ones. I won’t be back.

Putting a sub on a wrap isn't a "promotion". It's part of the every day menu. Not provoked? Dude, you were incredibly rude, and were condescending. "If money is an issue, we can always give a special discount". It's an incredibly insulting thing to say to someone, Then to continue with snide remarks after I chose to leave enticed the response by me. You helped my decision to go to KFC so much better.

A little annoyed when they would rather make their online orders. Then serve their customers that are standing in line in the store. Very upset. I waited in line for 20 minutes and then when it was finally my turn she said 1 minute sir and then she started making an order for an online order that just came in.
