This is my favorite location, idk why theirs tastes better than other NYFs but I'm addicted to this place more than others. I'll go out of my way to see thos staff as well rather than going to a location in the mall nearer where I live.

After visiting Sunday afternoon, we won’t be returning nor recommending!
My little friend with down syndrome went up to order by herself. She has a speech impediment, but tried very hard to order by herself! I waiting back & watched. The service workers were TERRIBLE. Sitting there laughing at her, kept turning back & giggling as she was trying to order. Very disappointing, definitely won’t be returning.

Went there for lunch and got two dogs. Unfortunately super disappointed - the outside of both dogs were hard and tasted like they had been rolling around on the warmer all day- 🤮

Service here is always fantastic, food court is usually very clean and the fries from NYF is always fresh out of the fryer!

Customer representative didn’t ask for a drink and was very rude specially to indian customers.

Place closes at 8pm and they stopped taking orders at 7:40. Will not be coming back.

Ordered lunch from here today pull out the hot dog and the bun has mold on it. Was to Concerned with health and safety practices of the store to eat the rest of my food

Katherine is amazing she was very kind to my 7 year old son, very accommodating to what he needed.. I recommend giving her a raise for how awesome she is. Well done Katherine we need more people like you

Kid-friendliness: Son had specific requests and she was very helpful. She was very nice and put a smile on my son's face :-) he went up and gave her a thank you she made a positive impact on this child

Wheelchair accessibility: Amazing customer service, personable. It was very refreshing to see such kind workers engaging with great conversations with every customer. A nice change from the usual robot mentality of being in public.

I have order a regular poutine yesterday Food was so awesome and the service is so good mainly the manager (sunny) was so friendly and enthusiastic in taking and making orders. Good staff will come back soon
