Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

Order CRISPY SHANGHAI CHICKEN BOX had worst experience at this location Chicken piece had hardly chicken in it and tasted like left over chicken. Over the top chicken pieces were cold Noodles had oily taste to it and noodles were kind of sticking to each other.

Very clean place, the staff are focused and the lady who served me was very upbeat and happy. It was my first experience and I ordered the gluten free pad thai box with chicken. I live how the chicken pieces look like something I would see at home and not processed in a manufacturing plant. Also their chopsticks are already separated and cleaned so you don't have to worry about splinters. Thank you ?

Absolutely my favorite place in Sherwood park for noodles lately. Today I have the Black bean and garlic with chow mein and medium spiciness, chicken protein. It was amazing.The new owner is lovely, she reached out to me when I was struggling with food insecurity on Facebook and was kind enough to give me a gift card on top of that. I've tried 6 of their dishes, the Honey Garlic Chicken was my favorite. The medium hot spicy level is pretty darn spicy and I've even had ghost Pepper and Carolina reaper jerky and sauce before. The vegetables are fresh as heck, and I haven't had any issues. If anything I think the place should be more busy, I can't stress enough how much I prefer it over Oodle Noodle, Panda Express, Pad Thai/Chinese restaurants we have. I even prefer it to Wok Box. I had bad experiences with this place during COVID years but they were apparently a previous owner who was struggling. The family that took it over are amazing people, she has been kind every time
I've gone to this location 3 times and everytime the order placed, isn't what we receive .. wrong spice level, chicken not cooked through.. an entire different bowl the one time... not worth the stop keep driving and go to the one in south end

I can’t believe such inhuman, insensitive, ignorant managers still exist
I went to Noodle-box at 90 park Blvd drive in Barrie and ordered food. when the food was delivered it contained peanuts which my friend is allergic to nuts. We asked them kindly to remake the food.. Due to health reasons. The manager stated that they can’t remake it. Because it is what we ordered, he then went on to say, his profit margin is only 5%, so he absolutely can’t remake the meal.
This was very alarming to me because this restaurant is serving the public, and to be serving the public and don’t care about someone health is very concerning. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to be serving the public. Nor should they have a manager like that represent their restaurant.
