Stopped in for some late night takeout - never been here before and I was pleasantly surprised! It wasn't very busy late on a Monday night, but all the food options were fresh and the portions very generous! My server was so nice, helpful and friendly. Everything tasted amazing, I'll definitely be going back!

Noodles are terrible! They overcooked them and most likely served from yesterday since it’s crispy! It shouldn’t be crispy because you can’t chew it without a risk to damage your teeth.
Used to go for a lunch to this place but never again.

The food is good but why do the machines only work half the time.
Food is amazing and customer service has been excellent. It was my first visit at Panda Express and the manager - Sid provided an exceptional service. I would strongly recommend to visit this place, food is amazing and so is the service.

Stale food that had clearly been sitting out all day. My stomach got upset 20 minutes after eating what little I could stomach. Tried to give a couple pieces of beef from the beef and broccoli to my dog and even she knew better.... Won't be returning.
I work in Sherwood park and this is my second time coming here on my lunch break. I got the plate platter to go. The first time I came here the orange chicken was super dry and for my second choose of protein I got the kung pao chicken and I think I had 3 small pieces of chicken and the rest was burnt vegetables . Today I found a hair in my food, I felt super disgusted. So I felt I should go back and tell them. A woman came from the back and I told her there’s a hair in my food and barely looks and then tells me “ no I don’t think that’s a hair. “ Which then I told her yes it was and I showed her. She then says “uummmm do you want a new plate”. I told her after I seen the hair I just don’t have the appetite and just would like a refund. And she’s says “we don’t do that.” My plate was still full and I left it there. When I asked to give me her managers information, she told me they don’t have cards to give out. Terrible service. I never complain but when I get treated like this….. Disappointed.

Normally I go inside and order, but I used the drive thru at this location out of convenience. Well I guess the quantities and size for a bigger plate differs from ordering inside or the drive thru. I was so unimpressed on my order with very skimpy amounts of food I was given. I won’t be going back to this location.

In the past , we usually have ordered the orange chicken, rice and chow mein and it has always been fresh, hot, and the service has been friendly. However, we recently ordered takeout when having company during the hot weather, and most of us were unable to eat a couple of the dishes since they were way too spicy (kung pao chicken and beijing beef). This wasn't indicated in their menu as there's no descriptions. We had to improvise. We did enjoy the chow mein and rice (and the orange chicken although it was spicier than usual too).

My son and I went to for dinner and today was the best I’ve ever had at a Panda Express and I’ve been here many times. The honey sesame and orange chicken were delicious! My son says 10/10.

Please bring back the Chili Crisp Shrimp! The Sriracha one is not very good. The Chili oil and the crispy shrimp went perfectly together!
The staff are always very nice.
